You still get huge portions and food is great. Place looks different. No NeeSee. I have had good service both times since new owner. No prices are not jacked up either.More

Thank You 2leconte. We appreciate your understanding on the many changes being made. Our highest priority with the purchase was to update the kitchen and bar area for safe work conditions, raises, 401k and vacations for our staff. The menu is a work in progress...More

My husband and I dined there tonight, it was 6:00 pm dinner time. ( dinner hour!) Only one other couple was there and no one at the bar! The other couple also left disappointed too! My husband had asked for his filet medium, first time...his steak was way over done, second time rare! My salmon was so overcooked and dry. They don’t serve bread, they use to have the most delicious garlic knots and no more relaxing dinner music. We’ll never eat there again , so sorry this restaurant was one of our best places to take family and friends.More

Sorry to disappoint! As with your previous messages on social media, we would of have been more than happy to replace your meal, as with Salmon, when you request well done, it tends to be too dry. Our staff indicated you talking of your displeasure,...More

I'm so sad that the new owner has made the changes that they have. They have literally taken the best items off the menu, saying they were items that weren't popular. Really?? If that is the case then why are people on your Facebook page...begging for you to bring them back??Also speaking of their Facebook page, anyone that comments something negative, they not only delete the comment, but they also block you from commenting on their Facebook page at all. This is not a good way to run a business, at all. I have heard his other 2 restaurants closed and I can see why they did. If you don't listen to your what your customers want, you won't have any customers at all and you definitely don't act like a dictator on your company's Facebook and further piss off returning customers. Word of mouth is everything and you can't silence a customer, because they will find other ways to be heard. I don't want to see this business fail, but the new owner sure doesn't seem to have the attitude that the customer is always right. The new owner should take a course in how to handle disgruntled customers. All feedback should be welcomed irregardless if it is negative or not, deleting posts on Facebook just shows you are hiding things. I hope this is taken seriously and the owner changes his attitude towards what customers want!More

False accusations being made on behalf of a business, is not ideal. We are fine with you guys going on Trip Advisor to give a bad review, as you indicated on other sites, you were going to do. Not sure updating and renovations being made...More

I LOVED coming here with my husband and our kids. They had literally the best garlic bread I had ever had. That was the main reason I kept going back. They also had a large menu selection that was great. Last time we went, there...was no garlic bread and the menu was 75% smaller than what it was. I honestly didn't see anything that sounded good on the new menu. The waiter told us management had changed. Unfortunately, they had some terrible ideas. The ONLY good thing about that restaurant now is the scenery and the amazing cakes and desserts made there. Sadly, we won't be going back. What was once my favorite restaurant is now my least favorite. New management should change some things back to the way they were.More

Sorry to hear A61415! We understand people not liking change, and it causes them anger, as you made aware on our other social media sites. After several meetings with the staff, it was agreed upon, changes were a must, and that included the menu. We...More

My family and I have enjoyed the atmosphere and food of Crystelle Creek for years - it was a highlight of our trip to the Smokies - unfortunately not so anymore - new owners have made drastic changes - changed atmosphere, no more live music,...changed menu, no more homemade cakes, only a few of the staff remain. The previous owners were so friendly as well as the staff, now it is just another cold and unfriendly place, primarily advertising - now with Full Bar. My husband even commented 'was like going to a funeral home'!More

There we 7 of u having dinner. They were not busy so there wasnt that excuse. There was not one of us who was satisfied with their food. The rice was hard, the green beans were tasteless, the potatoes were under cooked. The shrimp was...very salty, the pasta was extremely peppery. We were highly disappointed with the food and definately will not be back.More

The service (Agatha) was great and the food was okay but we went there for the atmosphere. Without NeeSee for the entertainment, I don't think we will be back.

Thank you for giving us a try WRB58! Agatha is wonderful. As expanding prior, due to high cost of entertainment, slow season and the pandemic, our entertainment does have to be temporarily on hold.
