Food was good, okay. Server Shauna N., was wonderful, friendly and polite Our Cheese Fondue and Chocolate Dessert Fondue were good, really enjoyable. Grill dinner was good, having to cook our food was interesting and sort of fun. My husband felt like he was at...home, as he grills a lot at home. 😊 The Yin-Yang (Chocolate) Martini was good, but was more like a vanilla drink with a lot of chocolate shavings. Definitely have had much better Chocolate Martinis The “Happy Birthday” written on a plate with chocolate was nice. This was my first experience at a Melting Pot restaurant, and sad to say my last. Wasn’t that great to return to any of the Melting Pot restaurants.More

Very over priced and crappy service. We waited forever for our food . Once it finally came they shortened us on our cheese fondue. When we asked about it, the waitress was very unprofessional . No place for kids either. Very disappointed

We brought our family for my daughter's 10th birthday while we were on vacation. We thought they would love watching the food being cooked in front of them, as well as, the fondue experience. They were not doing food prep at the tables due to...covid. We had long waits between the courses (much longer than normal) and no one ever really told us how long to cook each item. For such a pricey restaurant, the experience was more than disappointing. We spent $300 to have a boring night, with bad service. We would not recommend and won't be back- at least not to this location.More

My husband and I were on vacation here at Gatlinburg. we made a reservation to for dinner. We arrived at our reservation which was at 9:15pm. While waiting for a service. Our server comes up to us with out even greeting just explaining that she...is completely slammed and she will be right back to greet us. Sadly, 10mins go by my husband and I ask for a some one in charge. The manager comes out and says aloud "Those are them" while pointing to us. We explain to him what happened and his reply "Well what do you want me to do, two of our workers did not come in today." Which should not have been expressed in a place of business. My reservation should not have been taken. it was quite upsetting all in all. My husband has a gluten allergy so this location was really the only place he could eat but unfortunately we had a tough experience. What the manager should have done was assist his employees asking them if they needed assistance with their tables rather than hiding in the room where they had to find him!More

Visited on October 4,2021 and ordered a cheese fondue – Swiss classic and a chocolate fondue - Dark chocolate. The Swiss classic fondue was like a gravy paste and not real cheese taste. We are used to eat cheese fondue and this was nothing like...a good fondue. It seems a mix of small quantity of cheeses thickened with a large quantity of flour or béchamel!!!! The Chocolate fondue was very shining because of the amount of butter added. It has a lot of marshmallows and sweets and few fruits. For us totally disappointing.More

Beware - reservations are required for this restaurant! No walk-ins. Celebrated our wedding anniversary at this restaurant while in Gatlinburg. Walked in, there were red rose petals on our table !! Ordered the set menu. 1) Alpine Cheese fondue served with bread, apples, celery and...broccoli - Delicious 2) Cesar salad - Meh 3) Steaks, shrimp, salmon, chicken, zucchini and mushrooms to grill tabletop - Delicious 4) Milk chocolate fondue served with strawberries, pineapple, bananas, marshmallows, brownies, rice krispie treats - Delicious (plus if you ask, they’ll bring you more fruit!) Arrive with an empty stomach and a good appetite … we really enjoyed this meal!More

This was my first experience at the melting pot. The server had a bad attitude from the moment she wakes up to our table. Cheese was gross, one large literal gob that smelled and tasted horrible. Then the server Shut off the heat before we...were done! Second course was not much better. We basically boiled our meat. Chocolate was the only course I enjoyed. Way overpriced to cook your own food that wasn’t even good. Cocktails were watered down and terrible. Such a waste of money.More

Came here to celebrate my 50th birthday with my husband and 22 year old son. What a delightful evening with great food. Took about 2 hours to have our cheese, salad, main entree and dessert which was fine by us as it allowed us to...enjoy each other's company and not over eat.More

The food and service at this restaurant is phenomenal! Sierra( I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong) was absolutely incredible and took special precautions to make sure nothing I had even touched oranges, which I’m allergic to. She has given me the best service pertaining...to having an allergy I’ve ever received and gave great recommendations. Overall 10/10 experience.More

We have been coming to the MP Gatlinburg almost every year for our anniversary but we will NOT be back after this visit!! Our server copped an attitude as soon as we asked for just cheese & chocolate. Our cheese was only half the serving...we usually get & it was cold when she brought it to the table. The bill was over $75 just for 2 of us to do cheese & chocolate. We used to love coming here but this time was our last visit and a complete disappointment!!More

Hello - It's priced per volume. There's only so many burners per table so depending on the order, the more people, the more volume of product. So you definitely get your fair share! Thanks for asking!
