My wife and I stopped by this restaurant and ordered 2 sandwiches. I had the Cubano, and my wife had the Ham and Swiss. We were told that they couldn't get "Virginia Ham" right now, but that they had used Black Forest ham instead, which...was the best that they could get right now. In any case, BOTH of our sandwiches tasted great! The next time we go there, we'll try their Turkey as it is roasted/spiced with rosemary, which sounds pretty good to us! Anyway, VERY highly rated by us!More

These are the nicest young people you will likely meet while on vacation. They welcome you like old friends and the food and service are superb. When you are walking the strip in Gatlinburg, they are across from “The Village” in a little alcove shopping...area.More

My wife and I ate there twice when we were staying in Gatlinburg for a few days. I had the Fried Tofu. As a whole food plant person I really appreciate a place that offers alternatives to the Standard American Diet. On another visit I...had then prepare a chef salad with no meat or cheese and they gladly accommodated my wishes and did it quickly to boot. Highly recommend this place. Their friendly, polite and helpful staff made for a pleasant dining experience. My wife had a Ham and Cheese and loved her meal too.More

Excellent food and very friendly people. Great place for BBQ and kid's lunches. Corned beef on the Rueben was chunks instead of shaved, and best I ever had. Cuban was sooo good, too. Well worth the effort to go and eat there!

This was the last place I expected to find a vegetarian option for myself after experiencing very limited options in the Gatlinburg area, but I am pleasantly surprised. The spicy tofu sandwich at the 321 location was a great meal for the non-meat eater in...the group. The sandwich came with a toasted bun, a tomato slice, lettuce, mayo, and the tofu. I will say, I’m not the biggest tofu fan for being a vegetarian, mostly for texture reasons, but this tofu was very good. It was firm but still soft, no complaints. The smoked outside had a bit of a chewier texture. Generally, the texture of the tofu hid behind the the other crunchy textures of the lettuce and toasted bun. Even if I did have any issues with tofu itself, the sauce would completely negate them. Omg the SAUCE! It was a barbecue style sauce with a touch of spice. Great balance of sweet and salty. In some places the sauce actually caramelized around the tofu, these little pieces were to die for. Last thing I will say is they do offer a vegan option with no mayo which I don’t thing would really change the deliciousness of the sandwich too much, however I do worry about the bun. I have a suspicion that they might toast the bun with butter. I wonder how they will treat the bun for a vegan request. I know this review is a bit long-winded, but I wanted to give a very thorough review for this hidden-gem of a tofu sandwich. I think I will need to go back for this one more time before my vacation ends :)More

We stopped by for lunch after watching Youtube vloggers' recommendations of this place. After visiting the aquarium, we headed over for lunch before the crowds. We were warmly greeted by staff and sat at one of the tables on the patio. Literally the best sandwiches...we ever had! Enjoyed the enthusiasm of the staff and they even brought out bowls of water for guests with dogs. This will be a go-to when visiting the smokies again. Support this small business!!!More

We were in the lobby at Calhouns about to request a seat for lunch. (Calhouns is great but I’ve eaten there tons of times). I checked trip advisor and found Tennessee Jed’s. What a find!!! The best turkey bacon ranch sandwich I’ve ever put in...my mouth. Meats are roasted on site so your not getting the typical deli Boars Head stuff. This meat was DELICIOUS! You won’t be disappointed!More

I decided to try this spot based on TA’s high rating and a recommendation from my son that had lunch a week ago. I arrived at 10:50 AM at their new second location at Brookside Village Way in a shopping complex off the East Parkway....Their original existing spot is in the crowded downtown area of Gatlinburg where all the tourists hang out. I am not a tourist. I was greeted by head of the house Angel and chef Zach. I was the only customer at this time of day. I ordered the Ruben sandwich based on my son’s suggestion. Excellent large offering on fresh marbled bread with lots of ingredients to enjoy. A little messy, but I managed to finish half and got a box for the remainder for later. The place is small with a few tables and some spots along the wall that you can eat. They offer carry out service and have a large menu that you can peruse from their web site. What they DON’T offer is beer which is my favorite beverage with this cuisine. Zach indicated that may be in the future. Put this spot on your list for Gatlinburg. Total bill $12.50 plus tip.More

We had the reuben sandwich. Potato salad as a side dish. Best Reuben you will find in Gatlinburg. Potato salad too. They have a variety of ssandwiches and side items to choose from. Great personnel, friendly and ready to serve you. Restaurant was clean and...cool. Order at counter and they serve you. Highly recommend this for a very good reasonable priced meal.
