We stayed here 2 nights and were happy with the rooms and variety of services offered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi was not available in the rooms but worked fine in the restaurant, bar, lounge, and casino. We ate a couple of meals in the restaurant and our food was tasty. Gas and a convenience store were... We stayed at the Border Inn two nights but only ate breakfast in the restaurant, preferring to go to the Lectrolux Cafe in Baker for dinner (and beer) both evenings. For breakfast, it's decent, nothing fancy. The dining room is full of interesting photos and objects. You pay at the convenience store register after getting your check. There's a small... More

Had breakfast and dinner. Food was acceptable for what it is. Not much to choose from in Baker/Great Basin. There was a bar and some slots.

We didn’t have much of a choice of where to dine when we passed through Baker, NV on our way out of Great Basin National Park. We were staying at the adjacent motel and walked over to the restaurant. It was fairly busy the night we went and service was slow. There was only one waitress. The food was very... More

There isn't a lot of choice in and around Baker, NV, especially in December. We had dinner here. It was decent diner fare, nothing fancy but not at all bad. The young man who served us was polite and nice, and served us pretty quickly. I got a piece of cherry pie to go for a late-night snack (actually ended... More

This is the best restaurant for miles around, right on thr NV/UT stateline. A god, homely atmosphere and a very decent menu set you up for a great meal. Good, friendly service is matched by generous servings and good prices. Our breakfasts were especially good. Restaurant is next to a good gift shop and mini casino, adding to the relaxed... More

Fantastic breakfast at this restaurant/casino/bar/motel. It's the only breakfast option for miles and miles but I would choose it again even if it was surrounded by other options. Friendly service too

In an effort to eat in as many Great Basin area restaurants as possible, one evening we drove to the Border Inn for dinner and gas. (The gas was for the car.) We were quickly seated, it was early and the dining room nearly empty. We ordered a hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes ($8.95) and a bacon cheeseburger with... More

We ate here for dinner and for breakfast. The food was good as were the drinks from the bar. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. There is not much else to eat around this area, so we feel fortunate to have found a place with yummy food.

We have tried many of the items on the menu over the years. This motel restaurant continues to add new items and prepares them well. Highly recommend the salads, quesadillas and hamburgers.
