The sandwiches are surprisingly excellent. We had lunch there two days while we were sightseeing. I had the BLT sandwich one day which was very good and a wrap the next day. my husband love the potato salad with his sandwiches.

We went 2x and got additional food to take with for the day. Surprisingly good, healthy and home made! Highly recommend. Service was good too!
This was a pleasant surprise in the middle of no where! We had brought extra snacks with us to make sure we didn't starve and found this cafe a delight! The food was delicious! Make sure you try the fresh cut fries! So good!
There are few spots to eat in Baker, and the park cafe was a great surprise. Two of us had a salad and a wrap, both made to order with fresh ingredients. Hearty portions and fair prices. Good fresh ice tea too!
We came here for coffee after the cave tour. Service and coffee were very good. We came back next day for ice cream and it was the best. Soft serve. Creamy. Again, the service was friendly and fast. We did not eat a meal here...but the food looked yummy and portions BIG.More
We recently spent several days in Great Basing National Park and we loved this little Cafe next to the Lehman Cave visitor center. The food was excellent, the staff were super friendly, and they sold lots of great snacks and souveniers. We especially loved that...they also sold board games as our family are big gamers.More
We ordered ice cream. It was soft serve. A ten year old boy made it… and I’m pretty sure he had no clue what he was doing. It came out the shape of dog poop. The ice cream shaped like dog poop was $2.50. We...also got a sundae for an extra dollar… this was made by the same boy, and looked like a stalactite. It was basically the same as the ice cream but with chocolate sauce on… definitely not worth the extra dollar.More
We thought the food was ok, but pretty good considering it’s connected to a National Park visitor center. I had the deluxe nachos, which I wouldn’t rank above average. My wife had the taco salad, which she thought was pretty decent.
In the national park. Cute little gift shop, with snacks, t shirts and stickers. There is a cafe with a broad menu. While we didn’t eat, enjoyed a fountain diet coke - a rarity in the area
Truly made to order breakfast. My husband loved the green chili burrito. I wish they had pancakes or French toast.
The wraps that are served here are both delicious and large, so much so that neither one of us finished, and we took the leftovers for later. It might get slow during busier times, as everything is made-to-order, but for us it was well worth...the wait.More
Friendly service and good food can be found in this cafe/giftshop attached to the visitor center at Great Basin National Park. They have a number of quick offerings for folks hungry after hiking in the park or if you are fueling up for a long...day on the trails.More
Had some excellent grilled cheese sandwiches with dill slaw. Did not expect to find a cafe like this in a National Park. Wish we had more days to try different menu items. Unfortunately, we didn't try any of the great looking desserts.
We went in for a snack between hiking and going to the cave. We ended up with snacks, dinner, and souvenirs. We were surprised that the food is homemade, and cooked to order. Our son wanted a milkshake and when we heard the owner say...that they had huckleberry shakes with real huckleberries, we had to get one. It was so yummy! I also had a peanut butter stuffed chocolate chip cookie. It was very tasty as well. We did get the adult-sized nachos. We didn't care for those. They tasted like ballpark nachos. Probably would have been better if we would have gotten more toppings. We got sandwiches to take with us for dinner later. We really enjoyed those too. I wish we would have had time to try the breakfast there. The owner was very nice and helpful. They had a nice selection of local made souvenirs and great shirts.More
We met some friends here for lunch today. Having spent a fair amount of time in Baker off and on over the past five years, we were very pleasantly surprised by the food in the cafe. They were packed when we arrived and they announced...immediately that it would be about a 35 minute wait for our order, giving us the option to go someplace else. We opted to stay. I had the smokehouse wrap with pork and a side of dill slaw. It was a bit salty for my tastes, but the food was fresh and well prepared. The slaw was especially tasty. The only critique is that we would have liked some water and after they took our drink order for iced tea and delivered it, they did not return to check on us. Very nice surprise from what most National Parks have to offer.More
