We stopped here for lunch after a morning of kayaking. Plenty of options for coffee and shakes, as well as crepes for breakfast or lunch. They have a gift shop attached to the shop. A few outdoor eating spots along with indoor.

Homemade food and a well crafted coffee. The staff are very friendly. I looked forward to eating here everyday on my vacation. Take the time to say hello to your neighbor. Gustavus is a very friend place.

We went here twice for for the best almond cake I have ever had. My wife ordered a peanut butter cookie the first trip then we split the cake on day 2. Incredibly good!

Fireweed Coffee and Tea house is pretty much the only place to eat if you are not staying at the Park lodge or private lodges and B&Bs. Food situation was a bit weird as I got there a little after 2 pm and they stopped making food (crepes and breakfast sandwiches); only the specials were available if they didn't sell out. On another day I got there a little after 12. Crepes were available but they ran out of breakfast sandwiches. indoor and outside seating available. I like the gift shop attached to the cafe.

Slow service but good smoothie. The gals behind the counter were painfully slow to wait on us and then took 10 minutes to get our order. But the smoothie was delicious. Worth the wait???

Stopped in here on Sunday morning to get some work done and grab a latte. Staff was very kind and welcoming and whipped up a vanilla latte for me in quick fashion. The cafe is clean and the woodwork is wondering in the place. I worked for a few hours and everyone was nice. I'll be back again some day.

Can’t recommend a place with clearly posted prices that then charges you 20% more even after you point out the discrepancy. Was planning to come back for lunch but won’t be doing that.

I enjoy a rather non-sweet mocha and this coffee bar did not disappoint. Lovely coffee. Friendly baristas. Many regional and local handicrafts for purchase as well.

On a hot day in June, we rode bikes into down and got shakes. They were good. Was able to use the washroom before riding back. Enjoyed looking at the gift shop.

I living in Alaska and had visiting family, so we went to Gustavus and Glacier Bay. I am gluten free and had researched where to eat on our various journeys. I found Fireweed Gallery, Coffee and Tea House before we went to Gustavus and it was our first stop when we got to Gustavus at 9 am one morning. WHAT A FIND!!! We can't stress that enough!! My family thoroughly enjoyed breakfast burritos (made with crepes) while I had a beef hand pie made with gluten free crust. It was so delicious! And the biscotti. Don't even get me started on the biscotti! Fantastic. And the lemon bars. Yum! And the cardamom cake!! Each one of us just didn't want to leave this wonderful place. The art is beautiful, unique and very reasonably priced. A wonderful variety. We liked it so much, we checked out of our hotel early just to eat here again before we had to fly out. I have been gluten free for about 20 years and finding this place was such a treat for me- literally and figuratively! They really know how to make delicious food! I could go on and on about how much we liked it!!

Worth going out of your way to eat here if you are in Gustavus. Wonderful crepes and fantastic coffee. Plus a great gallery of local/regional art.

We spent a few minutes in this place during our day trip to Juneau (flew in from Juneau and took the ferry back). We got some coffee and bought some Alaska made souvenirs that we couldn't find anywhere else in Alaska. Gustavus was one of our best experiences we had in Alaska.
