We ate here, because we wanted an early dinner. This place is a combined sports bar, liquor store, and restaurant. Food was okay. A huge menu usually means nothing really shines and that was true of this place. The service was horrible. I can understand a mixed drink taking time, but my waitress told me three times a glass of lemonade was in its way. It became is frustrating joke, so we timed it. 17 minutes to get a lemonade. The waitress repeatedly forgot or "misheard" parts of our order. She was interested in one thing: pushing us and tables around us out the door. As soon as our dinner was served, she asked if we wanted our bill. We said not yet. She asked again and we said no. A few minutes later she said nothing to us and slapped it on our table. If she would have worked that hard to pour and serve my lemonade she would still have only risen to a "sub-standard" rating as a waitress. If you have no where else to eat, you could get the salad bar, which was pretty good and it's also SELF-service. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Amazing Food, Fantastic Service!

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch where we were quickly seated. Our server greeted us on her way to drop off drinks to one of her other tables but got right back to us. Vanessa was the nicest young lady, her recommendations for lunch were spot on. She kindly and without question exchanged my meal when I discovered the fajita meat to be too salty for me. We both enjoyed the Southwest Cobb Salad with chicken in the Senior / Smaller portion (I had begun with the beef). They offer a military discount and the manager added an additional discount for my salad because of the salt. Definitely a great experience and one we will repeat. Vanessa is a rock start and is the person we will ask for when we visit. Thank you, Vanessa for an awesome experience and for the conversation!

Not Practicing social distancing

We are not happy campers.#1. When we arrived at Wranglers. I told the waitress we wanted to sit on the patio. She showed us to the patio and I picked the area futherest from all the people. At the time we came in there were only 2 tables taken and they were towards the other end. So we thought were we picked was a good choice. We waited a good 20 minutes before our order was taken. She came out to give us Silverware and water. We than put in for drink order. 10 minutes later she came out and again asked us for our drink order. Our food order finally came out. Mine was cold. Half way through our meal we finally got our drinks. Mean while I would say about 12 people walked into the patio area. No mask no nothing and sitting shoulder to shoulder. About 10 minutes later 2 guys came into the patio and sat no more than 3 feet away and the waiter did not say a word. He just took their order. That is not only disrespectful to us, but also to our govenor. The 2 guys were not wearing any mask neither. This restaurant does not practice social distancing. Needless to say we will not be patronizing this restaurant until they do something about their social distancing. The only thing that I can say positive is that the employees did wear gloves and mask.

I went to silver city to visit friends cute little town. Went to this place because I wanted prime rib. What I got was a thin slice of shoe leather and it was 22.00. I was very angry but my friends raved about how good this place was. I live in Las Vegas 22.00 you get a big piece of prime rib cooked to order that will make your soul melt. Back to this nightmare. The meat and veggies were cold we waited a very looooooong time for the food. The meat was well done on the outside and raw on the inside . I asked for horse radish and it was the nastiest horse radish I ever had I couldnt eat it . One of my friends ordered a coffee and she put four creams in it and it was still dark brown I could smell it was burnt from across the table. DONT GO HERE they suck and service is horrible. If you want a good piece of meat go somewhere else. I feel bad for this town of 10,000 people. Not much variety for restaurants. So this was my last night there I ate what I could which wasn’t much I gave the rest to my friend so she could give it to her dog. Good luck silver city I hope a grand master chef comes there and opens a awesome restaurant for you all. Can’t give it zero circles 😡

Terrible service

Service was terrible, waited 13 min before someone took our drink order, another 11 min before our food order was taken. Waitress forgot to come and take us to the salad bar. By the time our food came out, it was lukewarm. She took forever to bring us our bill when it came time to leave. Not a good first experience at this place.

Very poor quality food

The chicken tenders were over cooked and the fries were luke warm at best. My stomach was in severe pain about 30 minutes after we left there for a couple hours. We have eaten there before and it was good but this time was terrible. We probaly will not go back Dairy Cream is much better

Extensive menu. My server Josh took the time to explain the various dishes ingredients in case the dish didn't match my palate. Everything i ate was well prepared and tasty. .Service was .excellent.

OK bar food in a fun atmosphere

The ribs were just OK but the Cowgirl portion (8 ribs) was huge. Too much sauce and not enough meat. The grilled shrimp ordered with the ribs were barely warm when delivered. Complimentary bread (two kinds) was great. The House Salad as a side was made by the waiter at the salad bar and was mostly crutons, carrots and cucumbers. Big place with good service.

GREAT waiter!

We got seated quickly, and the waiter - Joe Vega - immediately took our drink orders and even found time to chat although the restaurant was swamped with diners. The food came quickly but was rather lukewarm. Although the food was average, I cannot praise Lou Vega enough! He was superb. Best waiter in Silver City!

We had dinner for four last

We had dinner for four last evening. Three of us ordered Prime Rib rare, medium rare and medium well. I have to say this were the worst prime rib I’ve ever eaten. All three were served having been out on the grill. Not a good thing. I could not cut the meat because it was so tough. Salad ok. Baked potato ok. Great carrot cake. Too bad the rest of the meal was so poor.

Actually I went there twice, sort of. The first time I arrived shortly be fore 8 pm on a Saturday night, I was told they just called last call. Thats wright 8 pm Saturday LAST CALL. I went back Tuesday ordered catfish, fries and a local beer. The fish was mushy on the inside, crispy on the out, crispy out side was good, after all it was fried. The beer, the server did not know if they had local beer, she had to ask, The person she asked said I think beer x is local, I asked what type of beer it was, she had to go ask I was done with my dinner when she came back and asked if I would like more water. Know your product and faster service would be good, and cook fish properly.

Great food, great service and great prices

We decided to eat here on a whim. We were getting gas right next to it and ventured in. The food was so good, especially the jalapeno bread. Our server, Jessica, was very nice and attentive. We live in Santa Fe and to get the same meal and alcoholic beverages would have cost twice as much. Their Happy Hour prices were unbelievable. If we are ever down that way again, we will definitely eat there again.

Always enjoyable!!!

We've eaten here several times and I'm finally getting to writing a review. It's always good food and wonderful service! My husband's favorite is the veggie skillet (he's vegetarian and there are limited options, but there ARE options). I lean toward their fish, and it's all been delicious. They have a nice outdoor eating area. The margaritas are excellent and only $2 on Tuesday!! Guess what day we usually eat here! Lol!! Anyway, HIGHLY recommend!! Will be back often. Maybe we'll see you there!!

Really Nice Place

Great daily specials - $ 7 salad bar (Mon), 2 for $15 - $1.25 tacos (Tue), 59 cent Wings (Wednesday), Nacho and $1.25 Tacos,(Thur), All you can eat fish on Friday. Happy hour all day on Saturday. Happy hour $2 Drafts. Soups are great, everything on the menu is good. Clearwater Trout is exceptional!

The food was good.

Went here on 9-3-21. Ordered the hot wings and they were spot on. I do not like the skin soggy on my wings and these were nice and crispy. Our waitress was awesome and the guy she was training was also very pleasant. The manager came around checking on people to see if everything was okay and I like that. I only have one negative and it is not really bad. I ordered a draft Budweiser and the taste was off. In my past experience with the taste it had, it is because the pipes have to be cleaned. I let my waitress know and she was nice as heck and got me another beer, different kind of draft and it tasted perfect. I love that they changed it out right away no questions asked. Great customer service. I recommend this place to anyone.
