Trying to help local businesses during these trying times but can't continue with poor food service and delivery. Ordered curbside with vehicle info just to wait an extra 20 minutes and have to to inside to pick up cold food.

Food came warm and delicious. Had gorditas. Mmmm and fast service. Delivery lady had a mask on. Very social!!!
The food is SOOOOOOO delicious! Its delivered hot and fresh right to your door. Staff is friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting amazing Mexican food or the best darned burger Silver City has to offer!
Unfortunately by the time we went to eat on Memorial Day they were out of Chiles Rellenos which was what we wanted. They were also out of avocados so no guacamole. Since there were few restaurants open on a Sunday this one had lots of...customers and I am guessing they did not prepare for that. What we did have was quite tasty. Also much less expensive than in Phoenix.More
Always a friendly place. Welcoming you in. The food is served quickly. A great place in Silver to pick have a quick lunch or dinner, in a relaxed atmosphere.
Nothing really good or really bad. The food is not remarkable. If your daughter in law is not a great cook, this is something you may be used to. It is popular with locals.
The relatives I had dinner with at La Cocina described the establishment as “a hole in the wall”, which is accurate, and, I’ve found, the type of Mexican restaurant that offers excellent food. I wasn’t disappointed with my selection of huevos rancheros, with the eggs...done over easy as I ordered and plenty of cheese smothered with red sauce. The sauce was unique in my huevos rancheros experience, as it was red chile con carne, rather than the usual red sauce sans meat. That was a nice touch, with tender, chunky meat. There were a couple of disappointments, though. The first was the complimentary salsa and chips. The chips, which are made in-house, were over cooked and a bit on the stale side. Still-warm, freshly-made tortilla chips with good salsa are a joy. These chips were not, though the salsa was tasty with spicieness to my liking. The second disappointment was that beer or wine isn’t available. But, I knew that going in, so no penalty for that.More
La Cocina has absolutely wonderful and authentic Mexican food. Their prices are quite low and portions are great. It doesn't look like much, but ambiance isn't everything.
Almost missed it, was hard to tell they were open on a sunday night. Stopped in and had a really great meal. Definitely recommended
We love La Cocina. They have a huge menu so everyone is bound to find something they like. Also they deliver!
