We had breakfast at the restaurant on a Monday morning. It is a pleasant attractive restaurant. The food was good but nothing to get excited about. The server was very nice. The first problem we came across was the waitress was seem to have too many tables. The next problem was the kitchen seemed to be understaffed. It took over... More

I don't know what it is with this town but this is the second restaurant in this place that was closed even when their sign said they should be open. This place even had a lit neon sign that said it was open. When we tried to enter the door was locked. Two employees were inside sitting at a table... More

We know good New Mexico chile and this restaurant didn't disappoint. The kids had the stuffed french toast and loved it. It was definitely a winner for our 6 person crew.

Fresh, delicious food. You can't go wrong by eating here. I love the sandwiches with a side salad or frys or their homemade potato chips! Dinners are delicious. It is my go to place when we go out.

This is a popular place with the locals. We went on a Sunday at around 11 am and it seems like the breakfast rush was thinning out and we were able to be seated immediately (by the time we finished, the lunch crowd started arriving and it started picking up again). The menu is typical diner food. We went for... More

I had half a chef salad and it was filled with meat, eggs and other veggies plus lettuce.. I'm glad I didn't get the whole salad because half was plenty. Hubby had a club sandwich which was good, too. Solid diner fare and well liked by locals.

I really like the Adobe Springs Cafe. I like it because of its appearance, its ambiance, its staff and of course its food! Every once in a while everything just comes together right and this is one of those places. When you spend as much time in the smaller towns, as I do, it is a real treat when you... More

I had the braised beef tips with gravy and baked potato with mixed vegetables. They were as delicious and tender as a very high quality steak should be. As a matter of fact the beef tips were as tender and flavorful as any I have gotten at my favorite go to steak house. The deep fried avocado appetizers were so... More

Loud and crowded on Sunday afternoon. Friendly student at the University was our wait person. She was solicitous. The food was just fair. I had the Taco Salad. The salsa was ok. It was served on a flat fried tortilla. The tortilla was chewy and greasy. Entry and exit into parking are somewhat difficult if you are new in town.
