OK, right off the bat I'll tell you their outdoor dining area leaves something to be desired, but I am giving them a high score anyway because of the burritos. We make a point of eating here every time we are in Silver, and this visit did not disappoint (other than the ambiance, of course). Ginger got the #8, pork and green. The pork was dry in a few spots, but it otherwise featured the right balance of chile, potatoes, pork, and cheese. And I got the Abuelo burrito (look for it on the specials menu, right above the order window). Thank goodness I am only able to order this masterpiece once a year, or my life would be significantly shorter. Misnamed because you will never make it to old age if you eat these regularly, the Abuelo features fat five ways: carne asada, chorizo, bacon, queso, and guacamole. Man oh man, this is one of the most delicious burritos in the state. The tortillas wrapping both burritos are Norteno style, thin and chewy, not bready like a Nuevomexicano tortilla, but perfect for wrapping grilled and roasted meats. Also, these are burritos, not burros, so they are normal-sized. If you have a regular appetite, these burritos are so calorie dense you won't go hungry eating just one. If you are a big fella, you may want to order two. At less than five bucks each, you won't go broke. Just make sure you find another place to eat.

I don’t eat meat or cheese and got the veggie burrito w/o cheese. Was awesome!! Even had greens. Came back on way out Sunday but was closed. I think it’s open 7am to 4pm and obviously closed Sunday. That’s just by memory though. Had breakfast tacos on menu. FYI It’s a food truck with a few outdoor tables behind it and only takes cash. Highly recommend for a quick bite.

It's got fun, kitschy decor and the food is great. I love the Mi Tierra burrito with red chile, beans, meat, and nopal cactus!

The burritos here are fabulous: Great taste, fresh & filling! Service is always quick & friendly. Pretty extensive menu, too.. Today we both had chorizo with red chile. For $7.50 (including tax!) we got two BIG tasty burritos - you just can’t beat that price anywhere!

This is pretty good mexican food and Burritos are far better than Don Juans up the street. Both are through but this one is far better. Good choice for fast mexican food .

I overheard this drive-thru Burrito shack being recommended to another; finally got around to trying it! Terrific! Great taste and value. I got on a kick and tried one breakfast burrito after another for about a week. Don't miss this! This is the real deal!

Everyone has an opinion about a great burrito, but I have lived all over NM and was raised on them. I know burrito! This place reminds me of my Grandmas, the tortillas are fresh and filled with so much filling that it will fill anyone up. It is what all places that sell burritos strive to be.

Best burritos in town. This is one of those menus where you owe it to yourself to explore all the hidden corners. These ladies know what they are doing.

I love the chicken fajita burrito. OK....this is a drive up and order from the car window, old school New Mexico/Mexico food joint in a food trailer, but with good weather, they have outdoor seating and during the summer, we stop by and park and sit down under the cottonwood trees and enjoy our take out plates in old 1960's lawn furniture......very few places left like this! The food is cooked with LOVE and care...... I love the fact that it is operated by multi-generations of folks from the same family......the food tastes like it!

Best mexican food in Southwest New Mexico. A complete menu of burritos, tortas, tacos, and once in awhile they will have really good tamales on the menu.

I have gone to this place twice. I made simple requests. 1st time I wanted a mid afternoon snack. Can I have one taco please. NO !!! Then I noticed that they had a one taco something or other with pulled pork. I asked if I could have the something or other with chicken. NO!! Next time I went was for lunch I was hungry. Based upon my previous experience I knew they had a three taco minimum. I asked if I could have two chicken and one steak tacos. NO TACOS FOR YOU!!! I left. Don't know if I will be back.

If you are looking for good Mexican food near the downtown area with reasonable prices... This is the place. A short walk from the downtown area will take you to this "Burrito Trailer" with friendly ladies ready to provide you with excellent authentic & fresh Mexican food. They also have a drive-through option. They have a large variety of burritos that are all stuffed and loaded with all kinds of meats, spices, and sauces. They serve both breakfast and lunch. The biggest difficulty eating here was picking what to order... everything on the menu was so good. This "Burrito Trailer" became a staple for us on our visit to Silver City.

Food is good. Not to my personal taste as it is more old Mexican style from way down in Mexico, but very good if you are looking for that type of flavor.
