The place offers good fish and chips plus some British pub fare in a very whimsical setting. Lots of beer choices and a kids menu, too! There are many TV's for soccer.

We came upon this place as we were walking from the Pier. Came for fish and chips but got the Hangover Cure instead. The British Breakfast was cooked perfectly. The Bloody Mary is worth the trip. Great service. British decorations, tiny place with soccer on the TV. Great Sunday Brunch.

It's like being at a pub in London. The entire decor is British with pictures of the Queen, Beatles, James Bond, and Doctor Who. British money is under the glass on the tables. They have a full line of soft drinks from England and a menu of all English Pub items. The price is very reasonable for this neighborhood ($13... More

Very nice albeit small English pub on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn. Great selection of draught beer and they also have a couple of cask condition ales as well. I had the cod and chips and it was one of the best I've ever had. Generous portion of fish cooked perfectly and the chips were very good if just slightly over... More

Small Irish pub with a large bar and a limited number of tables. TVs playing soccer. They fry everything imaginable, but the haddock and chips (fries) with their horseradish aioli is absolutely delicious! Shrimp were also fried to perfection. Other offerings such as Sheperd's Pie and Welsh rarebit. Number of beers on tap. Decent prices.

I had excellent fish and chips a few times. The have the choice of Haddock and Cod usually and many other interesting dishes to make any child happy. Adults go for the traditional. Excellent choice of beers. The first location on fifth ave. closed a year of so ago and The Chi Shop moved to Atlantic Ave. where they seem... More

Arranged to meet our son here. Young lady behind the bar made us very welcome. Excellent selection of beers included among the usual beers in N. Y., London Pride & Speckled Hen. I had the 'Pride' and it was excellent. We did not eat but my son had Fish & Chips and 'mushy peas' it was as good as any... More

The four of us stopped here for an early lunch on a weekday afternoon. They had just opened for the day and we were the only patrons at the time so we were promptly seated. Had mushy peas, mac and cheese, bangers and mash, and fried haddock, cod, and shrimp with chips (fries). Very good overall, however, the fried cod... More

It is not the original Chip Shop (Park Slope) featured on Travel Channel. This Chip Shop appear to want to be a bar first verses a restaurant. The chip shop when featured on the travel channel was small and brightly lit restaurant. The bar is dimly lit with some of the original furnishings from the Park slope restaurant. The bar... More
