This was a delightful place for a scrumptious breakfast treat in Brooklyn. I had the egg, ham and cheese on a croissant and it was fabulous. A popular place with few tables. Although it took some time for the sandwich to be served, it was worth the wait.

The coffee, pastries and sandwiches are all delicious. Go at off hours if you want to avoid the crowds. We particularly recommend their mini financiers, which we like shipping to friends as holiday gifts, etc.

I love this patisserie. Their egg ham and cheese croissant is perfection. The cherry filled pastry was delicious and not too sweet. The staff is great and so are the prices. The space is on the small side but bright and cheerful. You get the feeling that they take pride in serving a quality product. I would recommend the staff... More

Have never had a sandwich, just treats. Everything I have tried has been soooo good. Try the teddy bear cookies, it's great.

I almost didn't review this, because - goodness - everyone knows Colson's! But I couldn't help myself. Here's the deal - if you're in Park Slope, Brooklyn, this is where you begin your perfect day. It's small, it's cosy, it's located on 9th St. and 6th Ave. The coffee is about as perfect as it gets, and the pastries are... More

While visiting Brooklyn for a one week stay we stumbled on Colson Patisserie, happy it happened on our first day. We had breakfast there every single morning, great coffees, wide range of delicious croissants, and the friendliest staff. Highly recommended place.

Popped in here after a walk round prospect park on our last day in NY. Delicious Cherry Gosette with amazing . Place seats about 15-20 people. Benches outside too. If i lived there, i would use it every day it was that good.

I'm not usually a french fan because I eat more in an average meal than a bird... but whoever runs this place knows what they're doing. Great food, whether it's breakfast sandwiches or pastries, and good coffee. Cute spot on the corner with 2 benches which if snaggable are a good relaxing place to eat/drink. Just watch out for those... More

Colson is a neighborhood standby for top-notch pastries, breakfast, and lunch, with a French flair. It is a favorite of the New York mayor Bill de Blasio, for good reason. This is first and foremost a bakery/patisserie. There is also a wide selection of breakfast options like oatmeal, pastries, yogurt etc. as well as lunch salads and sandwiches. The staff... More
