I don’t know what kind of good restaurant would let you wait your two margheritas (60dollars) for 45 minutes outside in december. First I tried to call them for 20 minutes to know if it was possible to come and eat, it was just impossible...More

I thought getting an L calzone is not going to be a challenge for me, but I was definitely wrong! It's around 20$ plus some side dish - a perfect combo. Unique interior, and smiling waiters. Use it for a perfect night dine

Lucali is one of those legendary places that survives despite its strict rules imposed on anyone who cares to dine here. No reservations, except same-day and in-person, starting at around 5p when the line starts to form. Cash only. BYO. It's slammin' pizza. Brick oven...More

Eating pizza should be inexpensive and easy going. This place is for snobs. Came here from Italy on vacation to NYC and I must say the pizza is over rated expensive and the service nothing special. In Italy we have far better pizza for lesss...More

I’m not a native New Yorker but I do love New York style pizza. My desire to check out Lucali was ignited when I first heard of it on Netflix’s Ugly Delicious. It’s a popular place made even more popular by David Chang’s food documentary....More

This place has the best ever pizza in Brooklyn (and in South Beach ,Florida). Hand rolled with a bottle, Buffalo Mozzarella, meats sliced on a mandolin so thin that it enhances the flavor. Been going since it opened and we go back every months.

Nope, definitely not child friendly. It's very small space with only a few closely placed small tables. Pretty dark, with servers moving around quickly and frequently.
