What a gem in Williamsburg! Fun atmosphere, a great selection of German and craft beers on tap, live German music and delicious food options. You can order from the grill or select options from the menu--or a combination of both--which we did. We had pretzel for an appetizer (it's HUGE) with beer cheese. Near the grill, you can find several... More

Went here for my sister's birthday...Awesome place! We beat the noontime rush, which made it even better! It has the traditional German Biergarten feel, a mess hall with several long wooden tables that can seat 30+ people at each table. The beers are fantastic, I forget the name of the beer I had, but it was a German stout beer... More

Themed a bit like a German beer Keller with a large hall with big long wooden benches and tables. The Bavarian atmosphere soon puts you in the mood for a beer and German food. I recommend the sausages from the grill be prepared to queue. The Germans have got it right beer sausage mustard add some fries and you got... More

Stopped here before heading to a gig at Music Hall of Williamsburg. It's a great spot, quite authentic and reminiscent of the typical German Brauhaus scene. Food choice is limited but the menu stays loyal to the theme and dishes are delicious. Service is friendly and good, there is also a live music scene on most nights.

My friends and I were in search of a brunch place and EGG had a long wait so we fell upon this place. Radegast, where have you been all my life? First of all, everyone had a beer at 11:30 in the morning. I mean, communal seating for brunch at a beer garden? You gotta order some beer...so, I did.... More

Radegast is based on classic european beer halls but with an american twist. They have a great selection of beers and the venue itself is worth a visit. Highly recommended.

I really liked this place. Great loud boisterous atmosphere on a saturday afternoon. Although its super busy, the floor staff are very fast with service. They overcharged me on 2 drinks, and were very professional about fixing it. Very social fun place. Give it a go on a Saturday afternoon when they have a band!

This reminded me of a recent trip to Prague. Had a great stein of Pilsener Urquell and sat at a large wooden table and bench while listening to a group playing waltzes and polkas. The pretzels and sausage were very good as well. It is really a lot of fun and wish there were more places like this

Radegast, of all the beer gardens (Harlem Tavern, Bohemian Beer Garden in Astoria, Bierhaus in NYC) within my radius (30 miles) it's my favorite. Like the vibe, like the crowd (yes hipsters), love the food and drink. Great menu which the restaurant changes menu seasonally. Their kielbasa is my favorite (I've tried their lamb and chicken sausage) served with a... More

This is a fantastic venue in Brooklyn. A massive selection of beers from across the globe and a tasty little menu. A grill selection of German wursts of all kinds. The prices are very reasonable and if served by staff all very helpful and pleasant. Entertainment is great with live music to keep you happy. Not too loud so yoy... More
