I loved Bia because it was a low-key (yet cool) "rooftop" in Williamsburg. The drinks are very reasonably priced and well made. Would definitely come back.

If you want to have a good experience of Vietnamese food, this is the place in New York to go to. Great atmosphere and service.

The staff at Bia is key to what makes it a fun place. Friendly and fun staff keep the conversation and drinks flowing. Food was simple yet good and the beer selection had a little bit for everyone.

I was sitting at the bar, and had a Very bad experience with a rude bartender. I don t know what his name was but he had a ponytail. I ordered a drink and he gave me the wrong order and when i told him...he gave me an attitude. I will not go back.More

Really friendly place for drinks and Vietnamese food. Nice decor and great and inexpensive food. Have a beer on the rooftop.

I love finding affordable and delicious places in this city. BIA has very solid food and has a cool vibe to boot. If it is warm, the roof is really nice! Enjoy!

Visited this restaurant for dinner with friends. The menu had a large variety of interesting choices. The atmosphere is really unique and the service is really good. We definitely recommend this location if you are in this area of Brooklyn.

Were lucky enough to walk past just as they wound up the security door and checked out the menu. Looked so inviting when we arrived after dark. Must have arrived at peak time because Giants game on and very busy. Fantastic food, really good selection...of wine and beer and apparently all local trade except for us. Great to pretend to be locals.More

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered a few items and shared it with my friend. Food was great and you got to try a lot of new things. The soup was huge! The vibe was very unique and I felt very comfortable. Had a...rooftop area as well, but they don't serve food up there. We also had a pickle back shot and it was very unique- they had a little sirachi hot sauce in the pickle juice!More

We stumbled upon this pain only because we couldn't find parking near our first destination of choice. What a lucky find. A small but well chosen menu of dim sum, satay, noodles, and Vietnamese sandwiches. Food is inexpensive, from about $5 to $12. We also...loved the decor - sort of moody with lots of salvaged wood, very high ceilings, and a big skylight in the center of the room. Also loved the yummy iced Vietnamese coffee. Will definitely return!More
