We returned a long time after our last visit, and it was even better than before. Of course we had the dumplings, and they were terrific. Our mains were just as wonderful.

The breakfast/brunch menu looks conventional at first glance but then it turns out that the dish with eggs, skirt steak and rice comes with vegetables and flavors you would expect in a Korean restaurant. What a delicious and satisfying meal. My wife has tried a lot of fresh yogurt and granola around town, and this was among the best. We... More

Enjoy Korean American eats in a comfortable and welcoming place. Seats for 2-8 in 2 rooms as well as an outdoor patio. One of the best burgers that I have had in a long time. If you prefer something lighter- try the starter menu, particularly the dumplings, fried green tomatoes and scallion pancakes.

I've been there a couple of times. Once for dinner inside and once for lunch outside. Both times I had really bad service issues. First of all, the place is adorable. One of the best atmosphere restaurants in NYC, both inside and on the patio. At dinner, I ordered a fish that was way overcooked, but the waiter never came... More

Super cute, quintessential neighborhood hideout. Lots of seating options between the indoor, sunroom and patio areas. I went for a Saturday brunch and had the bibimbap bowl (tasty!) and a side of homemade kimchi (good flavor, not too pungent or spicy). The staff was nice enough to charge my dead phone for me.

Get thee to Red Hook. Go to the Good Fork. Eat the dumplings. Have the Korean Steak and Eggs. Enjoy the pleasant, attentive but unobtrusive service. Interesting and reasonable wine list. Great spirits, some locally sourced. Just an amazing restaurant. Go!

Good food nice place to get a brunch on the weekend. The dumplings were really good and the chicken sandwich was great. The kimchi was a good side as well

When I mentioned my impending visit to IKEA in Red Hook to an old friend with whom I was dining, he suggested I try this restaurant in a neighborhood without easy subway access. Immediately upon entering we felt good vibes, from the lovely wooden paneled wall curving up to the ceiling, to the comfortable array of tables and seating for... More

The breakfast sandwiches are delicious with croissant-like bread sweet maple bacon, egg, and spiced pepper, it's balance flavor hit the spot. The clam-digger is tasty, essentially a bloody marry with salty clam juice. The interior is mellow with a relaxed feel, well done without trying hard.

We were sat in the back and our waitress did not come around very often, but everything else was excellent. The good fork seems like a fusion of American and Asian foods and they come up with combinations of food that are very mind blowing. The ambiance is relaxing and all of the items on the menu are worth ordering.
