Nice place in Brooklyn, busy and cheerful at lunchtime. We had excellent brunch with different kinds of omelettes, French toast, pancakes. More Mediterranean food is also available on the menu. Good atmosphere

Food was wonderful, fresh, authentic and attractively served. Very generous portions. Lamb, red snapper on basmati rice delicious. Very tight quarters, noisy and shabby. Great service. Try it for a taste sensation, everything is good. Falafel, hummus, roasted egg plant with red peppers and goats cheese. Mmmm

I went to Mariam with friends for brunch and would highly recommend it. I had the lamb shawarma with basmati rice and it was quite delicious.

went there by recommendation. they have excellent white and red sangria- not too sweet, enough alcohol and fruits-yum! We got 6 appetizers for 3 adults. portions were on small side (tasty dips) but filled us until main dishes arrived. Chicken and lamb shawarmas were delicious. Fast service, relaxed atmosphere. definitely worth a try.

Great Mediterranean menu, affordable prices. Reservation recommended. Loved the branzino special, Mediterranean salad, and many meze. I would like to come back for brunch and for happy hour someday.

While visiting my cousin in Brooklyn came here for brunch. It was very busy and while I didn't mind sitting at a table with other people, it caused confusion and the waitress gave us our table mates food. Didn't realize it was theirs (we ordered the same thing) until it was too late. It took them 15 mins to bring... More

If you are looking for a hearty but healthy meal packed full of flavor than look no further than Miriam's. For my money one of the best brunch spots in NYC. The atmosphere is right and the food is superb. Try the shakshuka, the croque Madame on challah bread or the burekas. In all honesty you can't really go wrong... More

We were between basketball games in the A-10 tournament and needed a close quick bite. This fit the bill nicely. It is hard to mess up an egg. I did try the lamb sausage, not a big fan. The eggs Benedict and poached salmon were quite tasty.

Breakfast or brunch is great here, especially if you are hungry for an authentic Israeli breakfast. The shashuka (poached eggs in a middle eastern tomato sauce) is excellent. So is the hummus, labanah (a yougurt type cheese much like sour cream only much better), borekas, Mediterranean crispy dough and potato pancakes. For those not adventurous, eggs, french toast, etc are... More

A friend and I were in Brooklyn for a couple days and someone had mentioned Miriam as a possible brunch spot. Although we preferred the typical bagels in NY breakfast, we decided to take a look. And wow- we made the right decision! The entire staff was friendly and helpful during our entire meal. The food was delicious and fresh,... More
