Go to the original downtown Brooklyn spot for traditional Jewish yummies. Some of the employees are from yesteryear and can tell you stories. The cheesecake is unique because it has a sponge bottom, not crunchy graham cracker. The cake is too creamy to describe. If you order nothing else, eat the cheesecake!! A must do for New Yorkers and visitors... More

World famous dor a reason. Whether you have the soup with the free corn bread and beets or the huge portioned burgers tjis place lives up to it's reputation. Go hungry and expect to pay about $20-25 for lunch each. Try the lentle hot dog soup! Yum

I had business in downtown Brooklyn and afterward decided to stop at Juniors for a bit of refreshment and a pick-me-up. I sat at the counter and ordered cheesecake and coffee. But this wasn't an ordinary piece of cheesecake. Juniors offers an array of cheesecake that surpasses any chain cheesecake restaurant. I ordered the red velvet cheesecake. It was a... More

I saw this place in a documentary called 'The Worlds Largest Kitchens' and so when I booked my travels I just knew I had to go. There is a substantial Menu with a variety for everyo e, be it light bites or a fuller meal. The main attraction here though is the CHEESECAKE. Trust me, it doesnt disappoint. Juniors are... More

Junior's is known for its cheese cake (too sweet for my taste, but I am not typical) but the rest of the food is also very good. The pastrami on rye and cheese blintzes are excellent.

Had never been before - but while on business, stopped in for dinner. Ordered the turkey dinner (with chestnut stuffing, which I've never seen on a menu!) - our table barely fit the overflowing plates of food - including their famous pickles. Everything was great - including the warm, orangey glow of the glowing neon and authentic retro diner decor.... More

Ate breakfast here 2days ago. Had the pancakes and they were lovely. Service was good too and staff very friendly. Was recommended to us by open loop staff.

This place served up the best cheeseburger I have ever had !!! And this was my first American cheeseburger and iced tea. Great service , big servings ..... If you can't eat it all , take it away . Didn't have room to try the cheesecake but I am wishing I did !! Well priced , total American experience .... More
