Go to the original downtown Brooklyn spot for traditional Jewish yummies. Some of the employees are from yesteryear and can tell you stories. The cheesecake is unique because it has a sponge bottom, not crunchy graham cracker. The cake is too creamy to describe. If you order nothing else, eat the cheesecake!! A must do for New Yorkers and visitors... More
World famous dor a reason. Whether you have the soup with the free corn bread and beets or the huge portioned burgers tjis place lives up to it's reputation. Go hungry and expect to pay about $20-25 for lunch each. Try the lentle hot dog soup! Yum

Junior's is a must for everyone who is looking for an authentic casual dining experience in Brooklyn, NY. LOVE this place... the cheesecake is phenomenal, but don't forget the pickles and beets!

Ordered the turkey dinner (with chestnut stuffing, which I've never seen on a menu!) - our table barely fit the overflowing plates of food - including their famous pickles. Everything was great - including the warm, orangey glow of the glowing neon and authentic retro diner decor.... More

Didn't have room to try the cheesecake but I am wishing I did !! Well priced , total American experience .... More
