I figured I'd give this spot a second chance, and it's close to my house, so I ordered from them again. When I got home I noticed the sushi was not prepared how I requested ( sushi in soy paper) The woman proceeded to blame...me for not telling her the order properly. She asked me to come back. Not only did the order not come the way I requested but she did not even offer delivery and she said it would be $2 more. When I got there she again proceeded to blame me for not going her the order right. I explained I've never had a problem when I've ordered from other places and explained it the same way. First rule in customer service the customer is always right. The sushi was just okay, & the pricing is on the higher end. I will not order from them again.More

WOW WORST sushi place in Brooklyn or most likely the East Coast. Ordered Sushi and Sashimi special through seamless. The food arrived... Nothing was remotely fresh, rotten rice and fish, the piece of sashimi I had the pleasure of trying had a bone in it......When I tried to get a refund, through a Seamless rep, restaurant refuses. I had to call them up to yell at them to obtain a refund. The disgusting kicker: They insisted to send the driver back to "collect" the two orders (even though I sent the "employee" via text images of the bone) "so the manager can see it". I've been coming here twice a week for over a year. The best sushi in quality and price. Always fresh and larger portions and staff is always friendly. Prices are unbeatable. Guys I'm usually pretty harsh and picky with my reviews but these guys are...consistently solid. I haven't had better sushi. Everyone I bring here agrees. Decor could use some updating but who cares. I come here for the foodMore
