We had a very nice lunch. The food was very good, service was good, but pushy. Good ambiance, sea view, the place is clean. Prices are pretty high, but the quality is adequate.

Went there for a birthday party last year. Food and drinks were great. Live show was super fun. Had a really good time. Definitely recommend.

One of the few restaurant on the see side near Conway island Luna park. Restaurant is well place with see view. Food is good. Excellent if you take Georgian/Russian dishes, just average if you take American dishes. Employees are kind, but service is a bit chaotic. Don't be in hurry.

We don't often visit Russian places but the weather was wonderful and we decided to sit on the boardwalk and enjoy some beer and seafood. At first our waiter was nice and very pleasant. we got our beer very fast and it was good, but the muscles that we ordered where ridiculously big. they were probably radioactive monsters size of... Great for a mid-summer dinner which is when we discovered it and I would like to go back again to sample some more ethnic dishes. As a spice lover I am not too keen on Russian dishes but this place has made an effort to become cosmopolitan by including sushi and paella on the menu - neither of which we... More

The only good thing was the view of the water and the cocktails. The waiter was awful. He was too busy watching the boardwalk traffic and smoking to be concerned with his diners. 50 minutes to get two kabobs. Ridiculous. No water was offered and we couldn't get his attention to request some. The food was passable, but not what... More

Best 4-course lunch prix fixe in NYC! Super high quality, old country cuisine in a gorgeous setting. The service is a little slow getting started, but attentive throughout. For what you get, it's also we'll priced.

This cafe on Brighton Beach is so famous in the Russian community as a gem of cultural food, but I see no reason for such distinction. I dined here on Mother's Day 2015 as part of a family get together. We sat outside and had a table of 7 people. First sign that things were not going to go well... More

I was attracted to the place at first, as it had a nice view on the sea and it felt authentic. I cannot say that the staff was the friendliest on earth but that may be due to the cultural context of the restaurant. There was no price for the Varenki potato (kind of Russian potato raviolis). I was charged... More
