The guys at Di Fara Pizza can cook a good pie! They have really good dough, awesome sauce and always cooked perfectly. Tell these guys put a love in to their food. Never much of a long. I like to get the pepperoni, with garlic and sun dried tomatoes. My brother loves the cheese pizza!

We were on a extended weekend trip to NY and had this pizza place on our "list". When we waked up there was a line, must be good right? Yup, it was really good, fresh, hot and authentic. It was a great experience to see the one of the original owners "Dom" in there stretching pizza dough :) Neat place,... More

Looks like a hole in the wall, but these guys make some great pizza. We waited in line for about an hour to get a slice, but it was worth it. Don't expect fine dining. We went in July, and they had the restaurant part closed; they were only serving pizza out of the window because of the heat, they... More

Okay, we're from Florida, so I'm not a pizza aficionado, but I'd heard that Di Fara's was among the best pizza in New York, so we made the trek from Manhattan to Midwood to try it out... the place is small, and people wait inside for take-out and to eat (there are a couple of tables)... we came prepared for... Went a few days ago when it was about 95-100 degrees. Clearly very hot for Dom and the family to be working. Also unbearable for the customers who have to hang around for hours waiting with no accurate updates as to how long it will be/ or where you are in the queue. We were told an hour when we... More

I have been hearing about DiFara pizza for quite some time. Friends kept telling me it's the best pizza you could have. My wife and daughter decided to go there for lunch today. After telling me the wait for pizza could be up to two hours, I told them to go, have a good time and bring me back a... More

In my 14 years alive, i have had some great pizza, I live in Newcastle upon tyne in the UK and i went to nyc to try difara pizza, and it was worth the 3332 mile journey. I haven't tried the square slice but it looked lush. We arrived here and waited over an hour for wor pizza and it... More

CLASSIC. I don't get to go very often to this gem, but it's a must-visit spot if you live in NYC or are in town visiting and obsessed with NYC-style pizza. Super fresh ingredients, hand tossed dough, incredible sauce and a unique experience mean some of the best pizza you'll ever have. Stick around to watch Dominic DeMarco make the... More

NEVER AGAIN, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Shame on this 3 people, you dont treat a customer this way. Dissapointing. After waiting for an hour for 3 slices I asked where was my order, so they intended to give me cold slices that were on the table since I arrived. The best part, they didnt allow me inside for 30 minutes, only... More

I honestly don't get the hype. After waiting for over an hour, I attempted both the regular slice and square slice so I can give them a fair review. Regular slice was mediocre at best. Too much sauce and not enough cheese. The crust is thin and slightly burnt on the bottom - if you like crunchy bread you may... More
