Classic American diner. Huge menu, fresh food great choice. Endless choices of eggs and pancakes. Quick service and friendly staff. Could sit there all day drinking coffee and people watching.

Great breakfast spot. Clean and bright, great diner service, delicious egg dishes. Even the coffee was very good—fresh and strong.

The menu is very large but well organized. We order lunch specials and the portions were very large. The food was good and the service was noteworthy.

We timed it perfectly, just after the brunch rush and before lunch! We arrived at about 12 noon and got a booth for four straight away. All the classic diner options, we had burgers, scrambled eggs, pancakes, coke, apple juice, and coffees. Everyone left full...and happy. Good value, lovely service, and no-frills approach.More

We enjoyed a very nice breakfast at this diner. The service was very friendly, the food was hot and fresh and our meal was reasonably priced. We will return when we make it back to The City.

Visited New Apollo diner for breakfast on the final morning our our recent stay in Brooklyn, and honestly wished we'd visited sooner. Service and food was very good with decent plate sizes, and priced reasonably, for breakfast for 4 of us. The choice for breakfast...was vast, with different items and combos available. Our waitress (unfortunately didn't catch her name) was very good and very friendly. Definitely worth a visit of staying nearby in Brooklyn.More

This was a very busy restaurant on a Sunday around 11 a.m. It took a while just to be seated but the staff were doing their best. The menu is extensive and you could spend quite a bit of time just trying to decide what...to order. In the end, my husband got the turkey cranberry sandwich and I had the tuna salad sandwich. Both came with creamy coleslaw and a pickle. Our friends each got a club sandwich that came with fries and coleslaw, but one of those orders would have been plenty to share. Food and service were very good. Recommended and right next door to the Brooklyn Tabernacle Church.More

Having just returned to the US from a trip to Dubai and Muscat we were in need of a proper New York diner experience. We were headed to Brooklyn and came across the New Apollo and visited. We had the all day special with me...having an amazing lasagne. Staff were superb. Food was great. Mouth said. It’s a diner in Brooklyn. You can’t go wrong!More

When you order a sandwich you expect a certain standard. We got a sandwich that looked and felt like it hard fallen into a puddle it was that wet and soggy. Disgusting and couldn’t eat it.
