This is it. A stunning presentation of the best possible quality seafood in the world prepared in the most careful yet delicious ways. My wife, who is not the biggest fan of seafood enjoyed every course and was even convinced to have her first taste of uni. Chef Ramirez personally takes care of... read more

My son and I have established a 4 year tradition of exchanging Xmas gifts by dining out at NYC tasting menus. This restaurant did not disappoint. It is hard to put into words the experience that Chef Ramirez has created. Simply if you are looking for a unique and awesome evening of incredible food and service do not pass on... More

our first visit some months ago blew our mind. therefore we went again with high expectations and we were more than delighted again. the products, the dishes, the simplicity and the interaction with Cesar and his Crew are hard to be beaten in this type of restaurant. we look forward to returning to the new location soon.

I believe that the location for this venue is going to be changing and that they are moving from Brooklyn to Manhattan. The location is unique, I like that it's in an area of Brooklyn you wouldn't expect. I loved the intimacy of this restaurant, I loved watching the chefs prepare food as we sat around. It really is unusual... More

Indisputably the dreamiest ( and most expensive ) meal of our life , 16 courses of Michelin 3 starred heaven at the Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare : Japanese sea snapper , sea urchin on truffled toast , antelope in wine, foie gras n crab broth , lobster with celeried radish, truffled chestnut cakes , wagyu beef in horseradish ,... We came here expecting one of the best meals of our lives and we were not disappointed! Of course, whenever one goes for a "tasting" there is always the question of satiety afterwards. Well, after 16 courses of absolute perfection along with wine pairing, we were quite satiated and not to the point of feeling sick. If I remember it... More

My wife and I are foodies and have eaten wonderful meals all over the world, including four restaurants on the top 50 Pellegrino list that we ate at this year. The Chef's Table is better than any of them. Chef Ramirez is a genius that is obsessed with delivering the most exquisite creations using only the highest quality ingredients. Some... More

If your in the business of collecting Stars, don't miss Brooklyn Fare. It is certainly not your typical stuffy Michelin rated restaurant, and a bit of a hike for those in the city. Brooklyn Fare books months out, so make sure to jump on a reservation ASAP, and there are only 2 seatings per night. Be respectful and show up... More

We chose this restaurant on the basis of a recommendation in a story by renowned Australian chefs. From the time we were welcomed by the chef Cesar Ramirez until departure we were astounded by the experience. Watching the chefs prepare the food was like watching a choreographed production. The food was stunning and varied and included lobster, caviar, smoked sturgeon,... More

While it is near impossible to get a seating, if you ever do get one, be prepared for the meal of a life time. Cesar is a magician that never fails to surprise and amaze. As a "frequent Cesar flyer", I can vouch for the fact that dishes change daily and never cease to amaze.... Only problem is that once... More
