I can not say enough about this experience. That what it was. An experience. The plating, the food, the knowledge is incredible. I can not wait to go back and see what else this place could possibly do to impress. Outstanding job.

Congratulations to Chef Cesar Ramirez for making the top 100 in the world. I know, for many three Michelin star restaurants, which Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare already is, it may not be a big deal to come in at #81. But as far as I can tell, this is the first year his restaurant was recognized by the World's... More

What can I say about this meal that has not already been said? Every single course was amazing, and watching the chefs and expediters preparing the food was a work of art. From the moment you enter, you are treated like royalty, and the entire experience was a dream come true. While expensive, it was worth every penny! I can't... More

A fantastic experience to dine in this small 16 seats restaurant, sitting at the bar watching the food art they create and serve. Definitely worth the visit. We have eaten in many top restaurants around the world, but this was really something special. Expensive, but worth it!

Chefs table is an incredible experience. With only 18 other guests, you are effectively sitting in the kitchen observing the final preparations. The food is exquisite. Service is attentive. Dress code is suit jackets for men, we wore modern designer jackets and had to swap them for suit jackets provided. No such strictness on dress code for the women diners.... More

Last Thursday evening, April 21st, between the hours of 2130 and midnight, there was not a more perfect meal served on the planet! The spectacular quality products, flawless execution of technique, magical balance of flavors, and a wondrously choreographed plating system with numerous chefs painstakingly adding to each dish without interfering in the others' contributions...it was a spectacle to behold... I knew this dinner was going to be fabulous, but WOW. This will go down as one of the best meals I've ever had. I have been to many fancy-schmancy, Michelin starred restaurants in Manhattan and Chef's Table blows them out of the water. For me, it was a combination of being in an intimate setting (the chef and cooks... More

A new twist on the fine dining experience that doesn't disappoint. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded table in a quaint restaurant, then this is not the place for you. But, if you seek an outstanding French-inspired Japanese delectable meal in a novel atmosphere, Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare should be your next destination. Situated adjacent to their... More
