Pizza’s good! Though the one we ordered was not so crunchy as the best stone-oven baked ones. The cheese was great. Don’t visit on a really hot day, we went during the heat wave with 100 F and they did not have aircondition. The one...fan they had in dining area were not effective, and the rest was used by the waiters.More

Title says it all. A fresh pepperoni slice and a Brooklyn Lager mid afternoon was exactly what I was looking for. Sat at bar, pizza had a nice homemade (?) sauce and local draft was cold.

26 December and everything is full in this touristy part of Brooklyn by the East River, in the Dumbo area. So the wait was long and you can't book. We were a party pf 12 and therefore wanted for 30 minutes or so. It was...worth it. Huge pizzas with fresh ingredients. A la Carte or shape ot yourself. The dough is delicious and it comes flaming hot from the oven. Everybody found it scrumptious. Service is good but some servers do not speak a word of EnglishMore

We found this place while looking for a good pizza place after walking across the Brooklyn Bridge. It was fantastic! There was an outdoor area for eating which was ideal because we had a dog with us. The waitress was very friendly and brought our...dog water first. They have Coke products in cans which we all really liked. We had The Pizza which was thin crust and a Sicilian Pizza which was thick crust. Both were delicious. The people were very attentive and friendly. I’m really glad we found Ignazio’s.More

Delicious pizza and very friendly prompt service. Nice scenic area and fun to walk around DUMBO, especially in the autumn.

Ignazios has amazing pizza! We came here because there was only a small line and the people all looked pretty happy. We got a large peperoni then walked to the park next to the Brooklyn Bridge for great views o the Manhattan Skyline. A few...weeks earlier we tried Julianas based on the ratings and were disappointed. Based on that experience I had modest expectations but let me tell you it was fantastic and totally exceeded my expectations: there was plenty of sauce, lots of cheese, ample peperoni and fresh basil. The crust was crisp and tasty too. We (3 of us) did not leave an once of pizza uneaten and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Next time I am in DUMBO and want pizza this is the first place I am coming. So happy we ate here!More

With so many options on Water Street, it’s hard to decide where to find the best slice. Ignazio’s pizza was crisp and flavorful. You can buy pizza by the slice, you don’t need to purchase an entire pie like at other nearby pizzerias, making it...easy to try different menu items. There were a few outdoor seating options but I took my slice to go and walked along under the Brooklyn Bridge and enjoyed the view. Definitely worth a try if I’m the area. Brooklyn Ice Cream is across the street serving up delicious cones.More

I have the chance to spend a weekend in NYC during a business trip. After a couple of hours taking photos in Dumbo last night, I stopped at Ignacio’s to have a pizza. I was on my own and had dinner at the bar. I...ordered a calzone with Parma ham plus a pint of lagger. Calzone was served after 10-15 minutes which was fine but this had nothing to do with a calzone except the shape. Tomato sauce was served aside and the crust was crunchy, not really pizza crust. There were tiny pieces of ham. Taste was ok but this was definitely not a calzone. This restaurant does not accept credit cards and they add 20% tip to your bill, whether you are happy with the service or not. Overall I spent more than 50$ for a pizza and one beer, I’m sure you can find much better in Brooklyn.More

Stopped in here for lunch after passing several other places that had long lines. The restaurant had a good crowd, but we had good service. The pizza was delicious. We did a half white pizza, half red pizza with prosciutto. Very tasty!!

When in Brookly, word has it you have to have Pizza - so we did. To be honest we were literally queuing around the corner at Juliana's, but as I went for a wonder I noticed Ignazio's was very quiet and no queue. WOW WOW...we...ordered the Sicilian, don't be mistaken by these pizzas, they are massive, tasty and amazing. We had a medium which came in 9 square portions (the large has 16...), it smelt amazing, tasted even better and went down even better with a nice pint of Brooklyn Lager. So if you ever walk across the bridge, checked this place out - oh and the view is awesome sat under Brooklyn bridgeMore

The pizza tastes like a proper Italian pizza, so 5 stars there. We ordered some house red wine and it’s not bad, specially considering the price. Service is fine, but there’s a big problem, for me at least: the do not accept debit/credit cards. There...is an atm machine inside, but as a tourist sometimes it’s expensive to cash out money on those, so get yourself some paper before hit in.More

This pizza was excellent. It was well reviewed by Dave Portnoy and it lived up to its billing. It was crisp and light. To make it better, it was (almost) a true Brooklyn pizza experience!

Not in this pizza place. You can go to One Brooklyn Hotel; they have a roof top bar. Also, you can go to the roof in the building where West Elm is, free.
