We were lured in by the sign outside. Turned out it was just a lunch sign, even if it didn't say so on the sign. We had to choose from the menu and the rest is just a sad and expensive story. Bland food, bad chairs. This is the worst money I have spent on my vacation.

The review title comes from the several native brasileiras ( Brasilians - yes, with an "s" not a "z" ) who have frequented this authentic Brasilian botequim, or tavern. Visited for a noon lunch on a beautiful fall week-day, yet it took some effort to find a parking space. Solving that challenge, walked a block to the restaurant, entered and... More

The place itself is a little bit old, but the positive atmosphere that meets you when you open the door is amazing. There was a salsa band playing when we were there. It made the whole place dance! We had so much fun! Flip flops attached to the ceiling. :-) Rather this place than anything fancy in the meatpackingdistrict. I... More

Best caipirinha in town. Try the Kiwi, you won't regret it. The environment, the service and people in there are friendly.

We went for a Sunday brunch at this beautiful colorful place in Brooklyn, recommended by friends who loved it. Obviously they had a perfect timing...we didn't. We thought the restaurant opens at 11 am (as marked on their web site) but actually it opens at noon. We thought the live music starts at 2 pm but it actually starts at... More

Absolutely overpriced, pastel de Carne sem gosto, pao de queijo " hard to eat". Will be going for lunch next time to see if any better.
