I keep trying to like this place but they have broken me. Every time I order they just give me a non toasted bagel. I see them write down my order then... boom here is non toasted bagel.

Very rude cashier and service. Called everyone’s order by name accept ours so we had no idea the food belonged to us. We asked for the order by name and the cashier below said yes that’s the order. I would not recommend this place to anyone and as a matter of fact we just wasted $20.00 because I don’t want to eat or drink anything from this place

Amazing bagels! Conveniently located right in front of a Bedford Ave subway entrance/exit, this place seemed busy all the time. The bagels were awesome and Im sure could contend with any of the greats in NYC. Very small, but worth the wait and being packed in.

2nd Trip to Bagelsmith as their bagels are much better than the ones we get down here in Maryland. Their bagels are great and had to take some home as well. Don't plan on eating for a while after one of their breakfast bagels.

These bagels were amazing. There was a long queue which we took as a good sign so were happy to wait (didn't have to wait long), and what we had were amazing. Loads of choices of fillings so couldn't go wrong. Worth a visit!

My mom, my son, and I were in Williamsburg to see my sister run the New York City Marathon, and we stopped in at Bagelsmith to get breakfast. Since it was marathon day, and because Bagelsmith is right along the marathon route, the line was quite long. But when we got through it we found the bagels to be quite good. I had lox and cream cheese, which was full of flavor.

We were visiting family that lived in the neighborhood. We walked over to the shop to pick up breakfast every morning and they also had the best cream cheese I have tasted.
We ended up walking over to the bagel shop almost every morning because we loved it so much. Must try if in the area!!

I went on a Brooklyn Food Tour 7/7/18 first stop Bagelsmith, their bagels hands down are the best bagels I've ever had fantastic, every time I go to New York I'm in search of good bagels I never could find and was always disappointed till I found Bagelsmith, the bagels are so good we went out of our way from the Lower East Side the very next day to go back and get bagels to take home to Maryland, also got their cream cheese excellent cream cheese

We got 3 different ones. They have a big, also vegan, variety of fresh toppings. They sell the left over bagels from the day as bread chips which are very tasty too. The prices aren’t bad and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my first time eating bagels and this place made me love them!
The staff are really nice and helpful.
I would just like a bit more options in the spreads when it comes to lactose free options.
I will definately come back when I will visit NY
