We stopped at Roberta's on Tony's bike tour. He gave us some history of the location and its evolving to a restaurant. The pizza was very tasty, as well.

The pizza is great - Neapolitan crust is just like the type I enjoyed in the Amalfi coast of Italy. Although it wasn't on the printed menu, I ordered the Bee Sting pizza - honey and chili sauce with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni - it was phenomenal! Also I recommend the romaine salad as a starter - great balance... More

Food is not bad, but definitely not worth the long waiting. Staff is too busy and becomes slow. Always packed, always wait there is several other similar pizza places which will save you time and money

You have the option to be inside or outside. The sauce is unique. The crust is light and will not fill you after one pie.

Our hostel was just down the road from this place and it always looked like a fun place. We popped in last night and it was pretty full - we sat in the courtyard "restaurant" round the side. Here you can order your drinks from the bar but for pizza you'll have to go back round to the pizza place.... More

I would suggest going during the day, as the area does look a little sketchy, but man.....am I glad I went! Hands down the best pizza I've had in NY!

Absolutely loved the Margarita pizza here as part of Tony's Brooklyn Bike Tours. We had take away but the restaurant looked great too.

I would highly recommend Robertas. Fantastic setting go to the tiki bar outback and order a take away. It's the best pizza I have tasted. Me and my boyfriend are both chefs from London and are mainly in fine dining award winning restaurants during our time in New York. But the pizza here. Is incredible. Would go back again and...
