I was very disappointed in seeing the meat in my quesadilla. I though I saw chicken on the menus but it ended up being some sort of fat, I really did not appreciate biting in this. Maybe it was a mistake, if it was then...you should be more aware. If it wasn’t a mistake and it’s just your usual meat then I would change your meat supplier. Hopefully people get to see this. I really do not recommend this “taco” place. I would go to the burger place if I where to come back.More

I was looking for vegetarian options in Industry City so decided to try out Taco Mix. They do offer veggie tacos which as simply regular tacos with no meat. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff.

These tacos are great and I love the idea of a build your own taco. They had tons of vegetarian options, which made me really happy. The veggies were fresh and flavored really well. The taco was delicious and I basically inhaled the whole thing...in record speed. It’s in Industry City so there are a few small tables outside fo the restaurant or you can take your food outside in the courtyards on a nice day. There is no seating inside the actual store proper. The prices were pretty reasonable for the quality. I would come back here!More

The taste was everything I ever wanted on a taco! The chicken was moist and tender and the sauce was spicy! They had several types of sauces and cheeses to choose from. Enjoyed the experience!

walked into Taco Mix, thinking i was going to get some good eats!! they have interesting choices of meats to choose from... you build your own taco! i've never seen beef tongue, goat, pork ears, or beef tripe as an option for meats... (i don't...like organs, not my thing...) taking a look at the choices, they do look yummy!! as i, or food blogger would take photos of the place and food, i was stopped by an african american woman... on April 13, 2017... i say about 12:30pm... i'm taking random photos... cashier - excuse me, who are you taking a photo of? me - ma'am, just taking photos of the place... cashier - may i ask why? me - i like to write reviews of places i've been, what i've eaten... cashier - i don't want photos of negative... me - ok ma'am, here of the photos of you, i will delete them... cashier - i just don't need you taking negative photos of th... me - ma'am... look, here, i deleted you... i respect what you're saying... don't worry, you've just made my food taste like crap.... my taller half ordered 2 tacos.... we ordered the "suadero" and the "al pastor." the suadero could of had a bit more flavor... the al pastor was like crispy pork heaven!! two tacos for under $12... i don't know about that... all in all, i had one bite of each... my taller half finished it off... 30 minutes later, she had the runs... i'm not saying this to be sour with the cashier... when my taller half eats something wrong, it only takes 30 minutes for her stomach to turn... thankfully i was turned off by the cashier's attitude... food - what i didn't mention earlier, if you study the choices of meats behind the glass, you'll see that some of your choices have been sitting there for a while... how can you tell? simply looking at the dried tips of the meats... staff - the entire staff is super friendly, i'd give them a 5 for service, but that ONE WOMAN made me go eat elsewhere...More
