Had a lovely meal at Cherry Point last night. Everyone from the hostess to the servers was super pleasant, and the restaurant has a lovely, comfortable vibe. Our server, Devon, was amazing--friendly, helpful (when we couldn't decide on drinks, he brought tastes to help us...make the decision), available but not hovering. And, the food was spectacular. The oysters with rosemary hollandaise were amazing, as were the pate, lamb ribs, and tartare. We almost never order dessert, but were so excited about the food, we splurged, and weren't disappointed. Truly a gem, and very well priced. We'll be back.More

Excellent British-influenced neighborhood restaurant with particular focus on meat. Charcuterie is good as is beef tartar, served on toast. The smoked oysters are rich and delicious. Also recommend the whitefish with homemade saltines and a roast pumpkin with farmer’s cheese.

I had the chance to stop in here the other night while traveling on business, and ordered the burger. Honestly one of the more mainstream items on the menu… When it arrived, I found it to be perhaps the most amazing burger I’ve ever had....The grass fed beef was spectacular, but the real treat seem to be a special blend of in house made cheeses and fermented chilies. The fries were great, but the burger was mind blowing.More

What a wonderful meal in a quaint atmosphere. Every plate had complex flavorable pleasing tastes. Steak tartare, ribeye for two, date cake, fresh cheese, and so much more were savory and yummy. Great wine choices throughout! Highly recommend

...limited menu when you reserve later. Service was good, friendly & professional. Drinks were good too. How do you run out of bacon when it’s the central ingredient to two of your few main offerings? We sat for brunch at 2PM, ordered drinks and as...ordering were told that two bacon ad egg dishes were sold out. That’s my only real gripe. Bloody Mary’s were good. Deviled eggs were different and the anchovy topping was a surprise for me. My daughters seemed to enjoy their French toast and breakfast sandwich. Hamburger looked good. They have a smoked fish plate that looked shareable, a green salad entree. I enjoyed my granola & yogurt.More

Manhattan Avenue's best brunch spot. Delicious dishes served hot and fresh. Pricing fits the food and service.

So good, loved the atmosphere. I wanted a coffee drink because it was cold and the bar tender went out of her way to make me something special. Small place with outstanding food and the people treat you very special. Had the double cheeseburger and...it was outstanding. What a fun experience, can't go wrong!More

Some things were ok, most dishes were WAY to salty, even the oysters which were from Norwalk. Must say I’ve eaten oysters literally all over the world but not from Norwalk and yes, they were VERY briny! The labna was excellent & the “happy hour”...prices were great. Alas, the cod & deviled eggs- you guessed it salty. My octopus was pretty much tasteless... way too many other restaurants to try.More

We've had the pleasure of eating here quite a few times and are always blown away by the experience. Start with a cocktail and charcuterie plate. Definitely get the sage smoked oysters and place your steak order early (it takes longer to prepare, but man...o man is it worth it!) Among myriad new doors opening in Greenpoint this place definitely sets itself apart from the rest by not only offering the hip atmosphere associated with the area, but delivering on a stellar meal at a reasonable price! Kind of a must visit honestly.More

Had dinner at Cherry Point and it was simply amazing! The staff was incredibly attentive (they filled our water glasses often and checked in to see how the food was) and the food was delicious. We started off with the charcuterie and labna which could...have been a meal in itself. Next we ordered oysters, frites and pork shoulder. All were incredibly flavorful and shared easily among my group of 4. I will definitely be back!More
