Chain bread store known for good bread, rolls and cinnamon rolls. We came to pick up sandwiches for lunch to take on a tour with us. Very helpful staff. Great bread, lots of meat and veggies and they put the condiments in small containers for...us so the bread wouldn’t get soggy. It was getting late and we wanted just a bite to eat. This was the perfect place. It was super busy but the food was hot and tasted great. More of a café vibe the breads are baked daily. The small store sells eclectic gifts...and deli items. We were pleasantly surprised to find this bakery. Would definitely like to try the breakfast sandwiches next time we are in Fairbanks.More

I found this place from trip advisor. I should have checked more. The service was very bad even though it is just a bakery and you expect to buy quickly and leave. But it was so difficult for them to figure out a sandwich with...cheese. I got the breakfast sandwich with sourdough bread. Bread was not fresh.More

Fresh and yummy. But the cashier acted bored and laughed when I tried to hand her my punch card. Found out that the Fairbanks and Anchorage stores don't share points. It's smaller than the Anchorage store but has the same menu and bread options.

We stopped here especially to try their Cinnamon Chip bread after having seen it being made online. They've got lots of good stuff. The loaf of Cinnamon Chip bread is as big as your head. They give out samples to try before you buy. Their...Monkey Bread is the cinnamon chip bread rolled in cinnamon sugar and fried! We tried their Harvest Veggie sandwich and their BBQ Cheddar Chicken sandwiches. Both fresh, hearty portions and yummy. We would return! Wish we had a location near us!More

OMG!!!! The place smells heavenly. When you walk in the door the first thing you see is a case with at least six different types of bread to sample - complete with butter to slather on it. The cinnamon chip bread was our favorite but...honestly it's all good. We tried the banana nut bread - to die for. The cinnamon roll is gigantic and the cheddar garlic bread was fantastic. They serve sandwiches and soup as well. We were staying in a cabin with no bread knife and they gladly sliced our bread for us multiple times. This is a real hidden gem. We took two loaves of bread from Fairbanks, to Atlanta, to Akron Ohio to share with family - that's how good it is!!!More

We stopped in here on our trip for a quick bite to eat for lunch. We ordered 6 sandwiches to go, and they were all made quickly and we were on our way. I ordered the Cheddar & Swiss, and the girl working the counter...recommended the cheese bread- oh my! It was the perfect combination on such a cold Alaskan day. It was surprisingly filling for just being a fancy grilled cheese, but I was very happy with it! The pricing was a bit expensive for what it was. Accessibility wise- it's a bit snug for a wheelchair coming in the front door with displays on both sides, but it's doable. I'm not sure where the handicap parking was with all of the snow, so I had to jump the curb in front of the store. There was a small area to wait for our to-go orders to be ready. It's a small place, so by nature it's not super accessible, but it definitely didn't dissuade me from coming back again!More

Sandwiches were delicious. Try the cranberry bread. It makes a great sandwich. We even brought a loaf home on the plane in our carry on!

We purchased a loaf of their Dakota bread and it was absolutely delicious. The person who helped us was especially nice and answered our questions. It was a little pricey at just under $10 for a loaf, but everything in Fairbanks seems to be more...expensive than what you pay elsewhere.More

Excellent bread. Free samples. It's nice to get real bread in Fairbanks at a reasonable price. A good variety. You can't go wrong.
