Recommended by the hotel. Excellent dinners: veal picata, veal Marsala and gnocchi with creamy pesto sauce. We started with two salads, warm bread and a lively bottle of Chianti. Perfect service, excellent food. We may have to always include a stop in Fredericksberg - just to enjoy dinner at this restaurant!

This restaurant was recommended by the desk clerk at the hotel. We asked for a restaurant that was good and that we would not need to get back in the car to get there. Vita Felice is a wonderful place for good food and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. A good place to wind down after a day of touring. The food... More

The empty restaurant should give it away. Our waiter had to go to the Food Lion two doors down as we were seated at the table. The calamari was inedible, rubbery salty dripping with oil on the plate. The minestrone soup was doctored up with vegetable canned soup. The spaghetti and meatballs, there was so much water in the bottom... More

Location is strange (Shopping Center). Don’t go there for the decoration, it needs a refresh. Service was bizarre and the food was good but overpriced for the quality. Recommendation of the hotel.

Heading home from Florida, stopped at Fredericksburg for a Marriott. Looking for good , warm meal Vita Felice was suggested by hotel clerk. It was very cold for Virginia, a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was quiet. This small place was spotless, white tablecloths, flowers, etc...very inviting. We were greeted by Alessandro, the owner....a warm, gregarious sort of guy who made... More

This place was recommended and nearby. The service was good. We were the first ones there for dinner so that may explain some things. The bread they gave us was warmed over and stale. The parmesan they offered was not freshly grated but appeared to be Krafts. My chicken dish had dry rubbery chicken. My wife said the sauce was... More

This restaurant is expensive but well worth it. They serve a pizza type dough bread that is excellent with garlic and parmesan cheese. Service was excellent. Good selection of wines are available along with beer. Will go there again if I'm in the area.

We eat here every trip we make to Fredericksburg. This is great Italian. Service is okay but the food is top level. Pizza is small and a bit overpriced. Stick with the real Italian.

Stopped on our way to New York and will say the staff was more than friendly. Had a personal pizza as an appetizer and it was excellent ( a little too thick for our liking but still very tasty). Veal parmigiana was tender and perfectly prepared. Say for the veal piccata. Definitely worth a stop
