We saw Amy's by chance as we were passing on our way through from Washington to Williamsburg. Great service, great food, friendly. Probably the best place we've visited to eat so far, from fine dining to tables at a take-away.

We were passing thru and picked amy's off the internet. We were seated promptly and had our drink order in hand promptly. Order was a mix of entrees and sandwiches. Everything came out in a reasonable time and was properly prepared. Price was right in line for the style of food. Would certainly eat here again if in the area.

My wife and I were welcomed by a friendly and courteous staff. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were very good. The ribeye steak was thin and under-cooked. Our entrees were served just as we dug into our salads. It seems the staff needs a bit more training. The cheesecake was really tasty.

My husband and I stopped in on a whim looking for breakfast while our car was being serviced. I'm so glad we did! We were greeted warmly before we even got on the building by a waitress waiting on some people sitting outside. The greeter inside was just as friendly and warm. Our server was pretty new, but super accommodating... More

I've been here once before 4 years ago and it was okay. We thought we'd give it another try. Bad idea. It took 10 minutes to get our drink order. Then another 5 minutes to get our drinks and our order taken (coffee and a water). We ordered scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast and sausage. We got the same thing and... More

We were new to the area. It was my wife's birthday. I scoured the internet looking for a special place for her to celebrate her birthday. We have a toy poodle, so I looked for a patio area we could bring her "baby" with us. Everything I read screamed Amy's Cafe is the place... so that afternoon we set off... More

A friend and I met there for lunch today. It's out of the way in a quiet location and very nice atmosphere. They have a good selection on the menu and also lunch specials. My friend had the chicken wrap which he enjoyed and I had the Patty Melt special which was also good. Good selection of beer and other... More
