Great seafood in Brookline. I love the fish dishes, as well as the black pasta. Nice fried seafood too. Expect long waits, as they don't take reservation and the restaurant is very small.

Wow just wow. Food is absolutely delicious. Nice little place, not loud. We had the Swordfish and Salmon and shared. It was soooooo goooooooodddd!!!!!!! Everyone in there is very nice, I highly recommend to anyone looking for seafood, don't go all the way into the Boston if your looking for a nice place, go here. 5 stars from me!!

Am so grateful this tiny restaurant has stayed put in Brookline! Your quintessential neighborhood restaurant. Food consistently yummy. Best calamari anywhere. And you can't go wrong with any pasta with the white sauce. Yes, there is always a long line. But it is worth it. Try it.

Skip the over-priced and plain vanilla Legal Seafood and head straight for Daily Catch. The seafood is a fresh as it gets and preparation is outstanding!!! Just be prepared to wait on a weekend...the restaurant's small.

got in without a wait, its rare but it worked out. My swordfish was cooked perfectly with tasty horseradish mashed potatoes. My partner enjoyed her shrimp scampi with plentiful number of shrimp cooked perfectly. Shared a yummy lemon cake dessert which a perfect end to a perfect evening!

We arrived at about 6:40pm and there was a fairly long line outside. About 22 seats in this restaurant. One server who was remarkable. Never appeared to get flustered. We got our table about 7:20pm. Once we ordered, food arrived promptly. We were surprised on the quick turnaround. A result of the limited seating no doubt. Food was 5 star.... More

If you go there, there might not be enough room for me, which is really disappointing. I love this hole in the wall seafood restaurant. Our #1 to be sure. Everything I have ever had there is excellent. Good wine. Good prices. But it is small and they don't take reservations. About 8-10 tables. So be prepared to wait, or... More

I'm a harsh critic of Italian restaurants, but this is a smart model. They have a menu that's low on ingredients but high on variety, so the quality is excellent and the value is noticeable. The pasta nera (black pasta) is hard to find generally, so that they serve it daily is a real bonus. If you like Italian pasta... More

Tiny place, 10 tables, open kitchen where you can watch the cook doing his amazing work. Pasta dishes are served in a pan. It looks a bit rustic and you feel like at home but the chef does a just perfect job. Pasta perfectly cooked al dente. Small wine list but wisely selected treasures like a Friuliano from Collio, THE... More

We were coming to Boston to help our daughter find an apartment for her job move. We drove into town from NY – and thought to stop at the JFK boyhood family home in Brookline – which we should have researched better as it was closed in January. No real harm done – so having been in Boston many times... More
