got in without a wait, its rare but it worked out. My swordfish was cooked perfectly with tasty horseradish mashed potatoes. My partner enjoyed her shrimp scampi with plentiful number of shrimp cooked perfectly. Shared a yummy lemon cake dessert which a perfect end to a perfect evening!

We arrived at about 6:40pm and there was a fairly long line outside. About 22 seats in this restaurant. One server who was remarkable. Never appeared to get flustered. We got our table about 7:20pm. Once we ordered, food arrived promptly. We were surprised on the quick turnaround. A result of the limited seating no doubt. Food was 5 star.... More

If you go there, there might not be enough room for me, which is really disappointing. I love this hole in the wall seafood restaurant. Our #1 to be sure. Everything I have ever had there is excellent. Good wine. Good prices. But it is small and they don't take reservations. About 8-10 tables. So be prepared to wait, or... More

I'm a harsh critic of Italian restaurants, but this is a smart model. They have a menu that's low on ingredients but high on variety, so the quality is excellent and the value is noticeable. The pasta nera (black pasta) is hard to find generally, so that they serve it daily is a real bonus. If you like Italian pasta... More

Tiny place, 10 tables, open kitchen where you can watch the cook doing his amazing work. Pasta dishes are served in a pan. It looks a bit rustic and you feel like at home but the chef does a just perfect job. Pasta perfectly cooked al dente. Small wine list but wisely selected treasures like a Friuliano from Collio, THE... More

We were coming to Boston to help our daughter find an apartment for her job move. We drove into town from NY – and thought to stop at the JFK boyhood family home in Brookline – which we should have researched better as it was closed in January. No real harm done – so having been in Boston many times... More

Food is very good - freshest seafood in town. Tiny place always busy, but very friendly service. When I'm looking for a place to eat in that neighborhood I always walk by Daily Catch first.

friends of ours [for many yrs] enjoy the Old Town location every time they travel to Boston & gave us the tip - we loved it; I had the calamari platter and the black ink pasta aglio/olio [magnificent and enough to have leftovers for lunch today] my wife had monkfish w/ marsala sauce (and she ordered a 2nd portion to... You could easily drive by this restaurant. It's small and has an unassuming front. Inside, the decor is just like the outside. You may want to pass it up, but stay for the food. Fish and seafood can't be beat. The menu is limited, but you'll be pleased with everything listed. Get there early, or be prepared to wait. The... More

We've been going here for at least 10 years, and have NEVER been disappointed. The seafood is exceptionally fresh, and the black squid ink pasta is unparalleled. Whenever we think we should go to the North End for good Italian seafood, we always decide to go to Daily Catch on Harvard Street in Brookline, where parking is more convenient. Although... More
