Great Food and Service

Ate lunch here with my wife and relatives. I thought the food was excellent. Fresh tasting sushi. Softshell crab tempura was a great dish. Miso soup tasty and served at the right temperature. All dishes were excellent and food. Presentation was nicely done. Service was very friendly and efficient. I would very much recommend this restaurant.

Excellent neighborhood Sushi

Sushi momento is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant! The service is so attentive. The atmosphere is perfect for intimate conversations. The sushi is always excellent and the drinks are superior (Japanese old fashion). We love the miso cod, the sumo roll, and the tuna tatami! The restaurant is right at the Cleveland circle stop.

Best sushi ever

Popped in while staying at the marriott cleveland for a quick takeaway as i was working. . Sushi was so delicious, fresh, every piece tasted different, really fantastic , I popped in again before leaving just to have it again. Very charming service too

Basic overpriced sushi restaurant

Visited for dinner on a Sunday night. Decor inside inviting and trendy. Server was very attentive. Prices are sky high for very basic sushi rolls. Cost of specialty sushi rolls we over $20 each. Some unique appetizers but a dinner for three was $250 with tip. They even charge for green tea. We were underwhelmed. Nobu type prices for very average sushi. Fish was ok but did not taste incredibly fresh. Soft shell crab a disappointment. Ordered mochi for desert. Three pieces for over $10 that tasted like they came out of a supermarket freezer. Sorry won’t be back.

Good sushi, good service, reasonable price

Went here with my niece and her husband while in town waiting for others to arrive at Logan airport (it is about 20 minutes away from the airport but that gave me the chance to show off the city some). Food - first rate. Fresh, nice portions, good variety. Very pleased Service - great. Timely, not too many interruptions, refilled water consistently, etc. Price - fair. Reasonable for the town and the area. We had a lot of sushi for about $100 Atmosphere - very nice. Modern, well spaced tables with decently comfortable chairs, good vibe. Note - bathrooms were clean and nice as well Highly recommend and would come here again!

Just good at what it is....

Great sushi/sashimi experience - no need for complex dishes as the fish is fresh and delicious! Good range of Japanese beer and whiskey too! Recommended.

Delicious Food, Great Service

They have recently changed their menu towards sharable dishes (Izakaya). We ordered 5 dishes (including one maki roll) and each was excellent. The quality of the ingredients was top notch. Service and attention were excellent. Dessert menu is a bit short, but we love mochis so were all set on that front as well. Overall a very pleasant dinner.

Excellent Sushi, Outrageously Expensive Parking

We ate here recently and the food, including presentation, was excellent, as was the service. There is just one problem but it is major. We came on a Sunday afternoon and pulled in to the parking lot. It was almost completely empty and we parked in one of the dozens of spaces. However, an attendant approached us and said we had to "valet." So, in other words, he had to park our car (in the exact same spot). That seemed absurd but we shrugged and went into the restaurant. That is where we learned that our "valet" parking cost $15. We refused that charge and ended up parking along Beacon, a 5-10 minute walk away (it was raining). For this reason, we will not be back.

Great Staff

I’m a road warrior traveler, that was staying at the AC next door and feeling a bit exhausted, so I placed a ToGo order here. I walked over immediately, fully aware I would have to wait. I was greeted immediately by an extremely nice woman who told me it would be a few. I, happily, bellied up to the bar to wait. There, the bartender, Sara, offered me water. While she poured, I decided I needed an Old Fashioned. I asked her if she could make it and she responded by asking if I would like to try a Japanese Old Fashioned. I was a bit hesitant, but love to try new things when traveling so I said Surrrreeeee. No regrets there! It was delicious. And while sitting there, sipping my cocktail, the lady who greeted me (Sue) also took a seat at the bar and we all began talking. The two of them were so inviting and friendly, I almost decided to eat my takeout right there! LOL. They actually even offered to bring out plates for it, but I insisted I needed to get back to my hotel. I finally dug into my food (Rockshrimp Roll) back in my room, and it was perfect. Such a great experience all around. Highly recommend. But don’t do takeout. Go pop a squat at the bar;)

Great sushi in Cleveland Circle

I've dined here twice in the past month. Both times the service was excellent and the food is really good. I had the grilled avocado both times the Poke bowl and Scallops for my entire. Both are great choices.

Terrific New Sushi Restaurant

I recently ate dinner at this new restaurant in Cleveland Circle. Located on the first floor of the AC Marriott, this place is a welcome addition to this neighborhood. T hough there are many other options, we ordered sushi. The sushi was delicious, the prices were reasonable and the service was very good. It was also easy to make a reservation and we were seated in a very timely manner. I would definitely visit this place again and recommend it to friends.

Fresh and tasty sushi

Great new sushi place in Cleveland Circle. Service was excellent. Sushi was super fresh and tasty. Naruto sushi (cucumber wrap) available. The Ruby special roll was quite tasty and fresh. Drinks were also good.
