My friend from out of town is Kosher, so I needed to find a restaurant that he could eat at. He always enjoyed shawarma so I came across Jerusalem Pita in Brookline. He and I ordered the chicken shawarma wrapped in a laffa, we asked for it without tahini but had them add matbucha (which is "cooked salad" in Arabic),... More

Best hummus in Boston! We are so happy to find out about Jerusalem Pita and the very first time we tried their hummus, we fell in love with it. For the following weeks, we have been back every week for the hummus. They are the best in town!

Because we live nearby, we eat very often (at least once every two or three weeks ) at the Jerusalem Pita . Initially we’d come just for their terrific Falafel and Shawarma plates. But we kept finding other amazingly good dishes. Last night we both had the Meorav Yerushalmi, a wonderful mix of ground beef, lamb and chicken, rolled into... More

Simply the worst attitude in a waitstaff on a consistent basis. The food is passable at best. We've eaten there twice but will never go back after being adore to move to a table by the door, in 20 degree weather, because they want to accommodate other people who will eventually be a party of 11. We are senior citizens.... More

Our last trip to this restaurant was less than pleasing. Decided to give itvanother shot a year later a glad we did. Complete 180. Streamlined menu, excellent flavors, nice portions, good service.

I traveled to Boston on business and called in an order to pick up for lunch. First of all, they did not listen to my order. It was wrong. And when I arrived they were still cooking the wrong order and insisted I keep this order instead of making me the correct order. $19.02 later, I'm eating a disgusting dinner... More

Stopped by for the first time... The waiter recommended the barbecue lamb... For a $26 lunch it could have been any meat smothered in barbecue sauce. The best thing about the meal was the pita bread. I won't be back

Jerusalem Pita restaurant was very close to our hotel so my husband and I walked there for an early dinner. Before we ordered, a small plate of mixed salads was put before us. Our servers were pleasant a accommodating. The restaurant was small but charming and the ambiance was pleasant. My husband meal was delicious-a flat bread sandwich rolled around... More

This restaurant is away from the main area in Brookline. It is small and not easy to get into some of the seats. Lunch was fine but a bit overpriced. Friendly service.

Very nice little place near Coolidge Corner in Boston. Right in the heat of the Jewish district! The music, the service, and of course the food would definitely bring me back to this place! I had a Jerusalem kebab made with ground beef and lamb , served with rice and chopped salad. My sister had a chicken schnitzel pita. Excellent... More
