Tried this place hoping it would be good but was not impressed. The bean salsa w/corn was ok and the queso was ok but my steak fajitas were not good. The meat to me was low quality and black bean and rice didn’t lend any...help for flavors, pickled onion and cucumbers really didn’t go with the meal. The tres leches cake we took to go, was just ok as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place from what I tasted from this visit.More
This excellent restaurant made our travel day. Our waitress was so charming. Frances helped us with our food choices. We ask for this help. The food did not disappoint. Ecuadorian based food. Driving from Amarillo Texas to Memphis Tennessee we stopped in Fort Smith for the night. We always look for popular locally (family) owned restaurants. We decided to eat at Rolandos for lunch the next day after reading great reviews (and seeing beautiful photos). It was...a great choice!! The Queso Blanco was incredible. We decided to try the ADVENTURA APPETIZER because it has a variety of their items to try. Our server Christin was incredible at explaining the dishes and giving recommendations. The waitress took good care of us. The pork enchilada was good along with the shrimp quesadilla. The drinks were good also.

Took a chance and headed downtown to a feast we could only have imagine. From start to finish, incomparable Latino cuisine. Amazing colors, textures, presentations. Everything we sampled delighted the palate. Loved the red tortilla shells. After our weekday lunch. We were invited to tour...the upstairs on our own to see another entire floor with ample seating and a fully stocked bar. The next time our travels take us within striking distance of Ft. Smith we will definitely head back here. For us road warriors, it was worth the detour from interstate to downtown for the culinary experience.More

We celebrated my son and his wife’s wedding reception at Rolandos and I can’t say enough about how awesome it was! Michele and the staff went above and beyond to make it a perfect night. Our server recommended the quesadilla—so so delicious. The sauces are a wonderful surprise. My husband had the Cuban and loved it! Glad we stopped here.
The fajitas were tasty, but I only got 3 tortillas, not enough to wrap the generous portion of meat and peppers. Dish also included rice and black beans. My husband enjoyed Lula's Enchiladas with shredded pork. Margarita was average,
Traveling cross country we stopped in Fort smith and found this place off of the main strip. The food was authentic, fresh ingredients and the staff was very friendly. Best chicken enchiladas I ever had, covered in a delicious cheese sauce. Margaritas are very good...as well. Fresh homemade salsa to start the meal. Highly recommend.More
Very friendly and welcome and seating, as well as enthusiastic service. The setting is interesting, and the menu rather full. We did not expect Tex/Mex food, but our cheese dip appetizer and both our entrees (quesadillas and shimp Mojo were almost without any flavor at...all, even the natural flavor of the ingredients. The restaurant is in a very nicely restored old downtown building. Our waiter was an older man, very knowledgeable and a great server! The menu has several specialties that we would describe as Latin-South American Cuisine. We like the restaurant, servers, food and drinks!
