Unfortunately, I couldn't give less than one star. The images I have provided with this post includes the hair I found in the pizza I got for my family and I this evening. Immediately called the store upon noticing this after getting home not even...an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. During the call with both an employee and then afterwards the manager, I included that I had to drive nearly half an hour to get there and back home and was told that if I didn't make the drive back to SHOW THEM and then let them decide what to do then there was nothing they could do about it the following day even with picture evidence. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptable. I hope no one else has this experience.More

My companion and I stopped by Geno's for a quick lunch while in the area on business. We each had a slice of sausage pizza, priced at $2.99 per slice. The pizza just was not good. The dough was flavorless, as was the sausage and...cheese toppings. It reminded me of cardboard with toppings thrown on for good measure. I won't waste my time or money here again, especially not with other restaurants in the area. And you shouldn't, either.More

Stopped by and grabbed a slice of pepperoni pizza. The pizza was awesome and a great snack while waiting for the family.

I was stoked to discover that there was a pizza by the slice place in Fort Smith and couldn't wait to try it out and then I did and now I'm rating it as poor. The pizza is absolutely nothing special. I should have just...gone to CiCi's. At least there I could have paid pretty much the same amount for bland, undercooked pizza but have gotten as much of it as I wanted.More

When we moved into our new place, this location seemed like a good option for getting pizza close from home. Unfortunately, the pizza is very greasy, does not have a lot of flavor, and the drive-thru service takes very long. We now prefer to order...in from some other place.More

The boys have been seeing the pizza place being built and since it has been completed have been asking Daddy if they could try it. So after school we came to check it out. The pizza is below subpar.....it lacks taste and quality...it can easily...be compared to rectangular pizza from the cafeteria at public school. No flavor, no sauce, generic cheese, few and far between toppings.....The crust is only in one style and not a perfected style. The salad bar has a large selection but the quality was lacking as well. They have ice cream but I can buy blue bell and cones at the store for cheaper. Also for such poor quality of food.....There were at least 6 workers standing around......wow....I wish I was as rich as geno's; so that I could provide higher quality food out of the truck of my car.....SAVE YOUR MONEY AND EAT PIZZA AT YOUR REGULAR SPOT!More

I was tricked into taking my Niece & Nephew here for "the best ice cream anywhere, they put extra sugar in it or something" or so I was told. Turns out it is good ice cream but only because all Blue Bell Ice Cream meets...my good criteria. Please note that all Geno's does is scoop it out into a bowl or cone, they don't add extra sugar. The staff was fast and friendly and very understanding of absentminded children. The pizza was also pretty good, reminds me of your standard thin crust made popular in my youth. Tastes similar to the competitors such as Pizza Parlour whom I also like. I will probably be back to this place as soon as this evening so my kids have Pizza for dinner.More

If you are looking for a value to fill you up, try the Geno's special, 2 giant pieces of pizza, a drink and a salad with homemade Ranch dressing. A smaller lunch special offers just one slice. This is not gourmet eats but just good...and satisfying. The toppings are a little sparse, the pepperoni is a little too greasy, the sauce is mild and the cheese is from edge to edge. The crust comes on only one version, thin and slightly softer than many other pizza places. The spaghetti is a favorite of my grandkids, but not to my tastes. Try ordering extra ranch dressing to dip you pizza in. It's a local tradition and the ranch is amazing.More
