Although not too inviting from the outside (we almost drove on), once inside we found the staff helpful and courteous, the food very food, and the service quick. Pretty standard local diner fare...we had a good chicken fried steak!

We went in right before they were closing and the food and service was still excellent. The food tasted like it came straight from my Grandmother's house.

If you want an old fashioned hamburger, where they make the patties themselves, this is the place. Small town place, nothing fancy. But good food. We all had the hamburgers, the mushroom burger and the Texas hot. All of us really liked them.

Great food, delicious, a lot for your money, great service. I love the chicken philly sandwhich. I recommend it. I bring everyone I know here. Try it I'm sure you'll agree!

One of the best tenderloin sandwiches I have ever had. Lettuce kind of wilted in side salad and tomato not ripe. VERY friendly people working there.

We stopped for lunch, very friendly service here. We ordered the day's special, the mashed potatoes tasted instant, but we enjoyed the pie for dessert.

Came to Aunt Toadie's via a local's recommendation. Easy to find and easy on the pocket book. With a family of eight it was better and cheaper than eating fast food. Peanut Butter pie was delicious.

Stopped here on way home from vacation. BLT and coleslaw. Thinnest bacon ever, tiny sandwich coleslaw was not edible, tasted spoiled, travel companion ordered mushroom swiss burger and potato salad.Potato salad tasted like the kind our grovery store sells, hamburger patty was so thin it would not even hold together. Place is dingy, run down and shabby inside and out.

Good old fashioned home cooking...It makes you feel like you walked into the past and enjoying every minute of it.
