Our second visit in as many years. My wife asked to return after our dinner here last September and we certainly weren't disappointed. We each started with salads...I had the special Waldorf Salad which was very nice. My wife had the roasted romaine salad which she described as an "interesting new taste": lots of ham, lots of cheese and was... More

This place never disappoints! We made our reservations for 7 and were immediately seated when we arrived! The before dinner drinks were delicious and the suggested salad was great! The wine selections made it hard to choose but we went with the Caymus Cabernet and it went extremely well with the filet and the NY Strip we ordered! The Filet... More

Returning to Savannah for our Anniversary, my husband request a dinner at Noble Fare. We each had steak. The best steak we've had in a long time! Chef is one talented guy.

We had a fish entree and a filet mignon. Starters were salad and French onion soup. All items were well presented and prepared. Since there were only two couples being served the service was excellent, both timely and attentive. Two things reduce this rating from excellent to very good.....the location of the restaurant and the value.

The best salmon I have ever eaten. My salmon was cooked to perfection and was thin and crispy on the outside. Accompanied with a wonderful sauce. I can't replicate this at home. I will have it again on my next visit. Call ahead. Salmon alternates on the menu.

My wife and I stumbled upon this treasure and were well rewarded. I ordered the scallops, which were AMAZING. Huge, well seared and melted in my mouth. The duck, which my wife ordered, was incredible. If the scallops weren't so good I would've eaten more of her entree. My only regret was not going with the tasting menu. Another couple... More

This celebrated establishment did not disappoint. The tasting menu of 7 courses was balanced and the wine pairings were spot on. The service was well timed and our wait person, while awkward, was informed and gave a noble effort. The chef knows his business and should keep at it.

It was our 25th Anniversary and Noble Fare was recommended by our concierge at the Foley House. The food was amazingly delicious. The setting was elegant and the staff was excellent. Even thought we were stuffed we still ordered dessert to die for and an after dinner martini. Perfect way to finish a fantastic meal.
