It is a lovely restaurant and the waiters were quick and very nice. The Penang was good, just regular Penang curry. They only had white rice which is never my preference and for lunch it was over 17 dollars. Nice atmosphere. Other Thai restaurants are just as good and for less.
I went with a friend to the restaurant and was relieved to discover a quiet restaurant where we did not need to shout in order to be heard. The service was excellent. I ordered a flounder stuffed with crabmeat. It was very good. The restaurant is not large and is well suited for a relaxed dinner.
What an amazing Japanese meal we had! We ordered the Emperor sushi/sashimi meal for 2. Excellent miso soup and ginger dressing salad to start our meal. Fabulous tuna tataki, followed by some of the best sashimi we've eaten in a while (and we love Japanese food!). The Tangerine roll - a house speciality - was delicious. Quiet comfortable surroundings and... More
My wife and I dines here last week. We read about in on Groupon. It sounded interesting and the menu was dift than what you would normally find. Great placed tucked away by the Olive Garden in the strip shopping complex. I am not the big sushi fan so I ordered the yellow Currie and it is to die for!!! I did try the sushi that our table mates ordered and it was pretty good (they all thought it was awesome). Do NOT go by my judgement! The... More
We enjoyed a late lunch on 3/11, wanting to get away from the crowds downtown. The server was prompt and attentive, the food - shrimp tempura, sushi and salad were tasty, and the restaurant was clean and quiet.
First time was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was quaint and would be great for a romantic date. I ordered the salmon and it melted in my mouth. Everyone at the table loved their entree. Our friends brought us because they loved it and now we do too. Great place to meet others for lunch. Great service too.
This place exceeded expectations...we went to Tangerine for our "Valentine's" day (Saturday instead of Tuesday). We got an appetizer (a spring rolls variation with a very interesting "sweet and sour-style" sauce), a sushi roll, an entree (thai fried rice, very good), and dessert (chocolate mousse with a chocolate ganache and gold dust), all for less than $60 before tip. We... More
