The interior is amazing. It was a old pharmacy turned into a restaurant. There are a couple of tables on the sidewalk if you don't have reservations that you might be able to eat at. Reversions should be made. The prices were reasonable.

There are various options for gift cards if you google "gift card Gryphon tea room". This is a great place to have afternoon tea, hope your son and daughter in law enjoy it.

Intimate, elegant and gracious, Gryphon is located at Bull and Charlton in the ornate 1926 Scottish Rite building. The alluring cafe menu offers signature favorites and fresh, seasonal offerings of rich, organic ingredients from local sources. Gryphon is the premier cafe of the Savannah College of Art and Design, and some SCAD students work in the cafe and carry on the renowned tradition of Savannah hospitality.
