We stopped for a breakfast before leaving for airport. The location is beautiful and close to the river front and the street aligned with trees. The breakfast was very good, tasty, with generous portions and opulent choices. Highly recommended.

Short and sweet, this restaurant tonight deserved a 5 star rating. Taylor, our server was as good as it gets. Knew her product and very attentive. If I owned a restaurant, I would poach her. We had their steak and salmon dishes. Both were properly prepared, wonderful presentation and very tasty. Their pickled Shrimp and veggies appetizer was delightful and... More

This was one of the few places we visited twice during our trip to Savannah. We stayed at the Brice Hotel and this was a short walk from the hotel. Prices were great, the food was excellent both times, and service was very friendly. We had some amazing sandwiches here for lunch, I had a delicious Cuban. The second time... More

My friends and I arrived earlier than planned to Savannah and decided to have brunch for my birthday on Thursday morning. We had an incredible brunch. The fried green tomato Benedict is a must! And so are mimosas of course! The restaurant was practically empty, which surprised me since it had such great reviews. However, you MUST get reservations for... More

Thankfully we had reservations for brunch because when we arrived there was a 45 minute wait. We dined upstairs and enjoyed our meal, although the waitress didn't check on us during our meal. The biscuits were slightly over-baked, but good.

One of few moderate priced restaurants locally owned. Excellent, creative mostly local cuisine. Good wine selection. Not tourist heavy though some heavy tourists will find it 😎

This restaurant had very interesting dishes. Most importantly we started with fresh hot coffee. I ordered Shrimp and Grits, and it was very delicious. My friend ordered a veggie omelet and she said it was tasty as well. The service was good.

I had a mimosa to start. My husband ordered ice water. I got the Mayme's omelette and he ordered the ham & cheese omelette. We ordered turkey apple sausage to try and share, along with side of biscuits and gravy. We also had sides of cheese and grits. Everything was wonderful. Can't say enough good things about the food. My... More

I had read where B. Matthews had become a new favorite of locals, so we tried it for dinner. Most of the reviews on Trip Advisor talk about it for breakfast. We easily made a reservation online and when we arrived, were promptly seated. Service overall was very good. Bread was warm and almond butter was addictive. Cocktails were good.... More
