I had the crab cakes eggs benedict. Cakes tasted fishy as in not fresh crab. The hollandaise sauce was too thick. Eggs were perfect though. Any breakfast spot should be making good coffee and espresso drinks. Not so here. Just your run of the mill...drip. We did really appreciate how dog friendly this restaurant is (outside seating area), but just can’t rate it higher because of the mediocre food.More

Standard issue breakfast offerings, but had a decent variety for our group with varying diet needs. Service was a tad too fast (are we keeping you from something?), but the mission to eat breakfast was accomplished and we went about our day. One you could...skip.More

Excellent service and food! The blueberry crunch pancakes and hash skillets are 👌🏼. Also the atmosphere is great. Would definitely recommend!

I wish we had found this place at the beginning of our stay, not on the last day. The breakfast menu is extensive, lots of choices. The coffee was very good as was the turkey sausage and waffle. My friend said her eggs were delicious...as was her turkey bacon.More

We stumbled upon J Christophers while actually looking for a different restaurant! And, we were SO GLAD we did! We were able to sit outside in order to enjoy the beautiful weather. The server, Ian, was fantastic! The crab cake benedict was so perfect, as...was the sausage and gravy skillet. Can't wait to go back to Savannah and will make another stop at J Christropher's.More

We travel a lot with our dogs so something I'm always looking for is a place we can bring them with us. J. Christopher's did not disappoint! They have about 8 tables out front and despite the servers having other tables inside, they were prompt...and attentive. Coffee is served by the carafe (at least outside). We both got breakfast skillets that were (a) delicious, (b) a huge serving, and (c) a great price. Mine was breakfast the next day too. Be sure to order breakfast for your pups!More

Partner ordered the blueberry crisp pancakes. They were tasty. I ordered the spinach bacon skillet. The blue cheese didn't seem to belong with the other flavors. I would rather have goat cheese in that skillet instead of blue. The potatoes were under-cooked.

Delicious breakfast, great location within walking distance of our hotel. Attentive server. The omelet was so tasty and my husband loved the grits!! This was a return visit and certainly did not disappoint!!

We stopped here before a visit to the big Catholic church. We just needed a quick place to eat. The food was truly outstanding, service was good too. It does not look like much from the outside, but was great.

Quite simply, one of the very best breakfasts I've ever eaten. Biscuit & sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, potatoes and excellent coffee. Wife had 2 sunny side up, with bacon & grits. Excellent friendly service.

A very long wait time for subpar food. Neat items on the menu but service from wait staff and kitchen was too long for us to enjoy. Food finally came and it was luke warm at best. Server sat it down and disappeared. No chance...to send it back.More

Would have rated this place terrible but my husbands skillet home fries with bleu cheese and spinach was excellent. My "french toast" consisted of reject banana bread that looked like it had risen 2 1/2 inches and been fried in who knows what. It was...inedible. We could only find street parking and had to walk quite a bit. The place looks like it is in a converted warehouse with giant bizarre paintings.More

We were looking for a good breakfast close to our vrbo and found JC's. The atmosphere is really relaxed add the service is excellent. It might have taken the cooks 30 seconds to make our waffles and omelettes. The price was very reasonable considering the...location and the price of everything going up due to the ineptitude of our national leadership. Anyway, TL;DR great food, great service, low price.More

The chicken salad croissant was much more apple than chicken. The server admitted she never eats that and the manager said they don't make it in house. She gave us a chicken sandwich in exchange and its poor flavor made it inedible as well. When...first seated, we were ignored until we stood up to leave.More
