The atmosphere is elegant/rustic. Cloth tablecloths with the traditional cobblestone floor. My server Paul was very friendly and very helpful with suggestions on what to order. All the staff were friendly and helpful, The food was gorgeous to look at as well as eat. I wish I was able to stay in town longer to sample other items on the... More

We had lunch here as part of a coach tour with Country Travelers Discovery. There were two menu items offered to the group. My wife and I had the fried chicken which came with sides of collard greens and mac&cheese. We enjoyed it. Another choice was tilapia. Folks said it was good, but it is not the sort of fish... More

Very much enjoyed crab cake appetizer (as my entree) with side (extremely small) of vegetarian collard geeens. Husband enjoyed fried chicken with Mac and cheese and collard greens. Waiter was perfunctory at best

This restaurant was on the street level of our hotel and right on the cobblestone West River Street by the Savannah River. We had a late night meal at an outside table. I had Lobster & Lump Crab Bisque and the Famous Regency Room Caesar Salad. Both were wonderful. So was my wife's Cobb Salad. We sipped on some great... More

Great starters of bisque and French onion soup but the shrimp and scallop pasta was too creamy and too salty. The fried shrimp and fries was below Red Lobster standard and the fries were cold.

This was recommended by the one of the bellman at the Hyatt. Excellent!! I had the Georgia Peach drink and the salmon blt. The salmon was moist. The bread wasn't too hard and the herb fries were perfectly fried and taste. Everything tasted extremly fresh. I will definently go back for the peach cobbler!

Located in an old cotton warehouse on the waterfront. Good selection of seafood, my wife's Crab Cakes were excellent. Has three tables on outside sidewalk, street level. They were a little too near the pedestrian traffic for us . For outside balcony seating, try the two restaurants nearby (Fiddler's or Chart House).

We dropped in for lunch at Riverhouse seafood. We sat out on the sidewalk, and had a delightful lunch. We tried the fried green tomato BLT, and the club sandwich. While neither of these sound very exciting, they were both delicious. The fries were crispy hot and wonderful. The service even on the sidewalk was terrific and our waitress was... More

Food was good and reasonably priced. Serving sizes were large enough to split an entree, appetizer, and soup with my wife. Cocktails were OK for the price. Very good wait staff.

The restaurant is in an old, interesting warehouse on the riverside. A perfect place for dining and people watching. A mint julep while browsing the menu put me in the right frame of mind. I have a shellfish allergy which makes finding interesting seafood difficult in this area. The waitress was very helpful in suggesting dishes that would suit me.... More
