We decided to visit this place as we continue to try different restaurants on our way to and from FL to NC. We were not disappnter as the shrimp was out of this world. My wife order peel and eat and I ordered fried. Both were excellent. We both commented after the meal that it was the best shrimp we... More

We were on a hop-on, hop-off tour and on our River Street stop, we decided to have a late lunch here. We were seated right away. Glad that we didn't have to wait too long for the server to get our orders or for thw food to come out. This is also my first time to try shrimp and grits... More

We were visiting Savannah for the day (9/20/16) and looking for somewhere for lunch and decided to try the Shrimp Factory. We both decided to try the Reuben sandwich, I for one love a good Reuben! My husband opted for the sour cream and chives fries as his side and I chose the cole slaw. First and foremost the Reuben... More

Lunch & drinks along River St...a nice break from shopping & walking. Our drinks were very good. Lunch was ok. My husband had the flounder and said it was a bit overfried. My shrimp & grits was fresh but not at all spicy (which is what I've come to expect). This had maple bacon and it was a completely different... More

Although some of the meals were maybe a bit over priced for what they were...i had the stuffed shrimp and they were INCREDIBLE. plus it came with bread and a caeser salad so there was no need for appetisers. Yummy.

So excited to try the Shrimp factory. On the river, looks nice. Our food was not good and should have gone elsewhere. I ordered the shrimp fry. The plate was mostly french fries which were not even warm, 5 shrimp, and hush puppies that were burnt. The shrimp cocktail was frozen in a cup they gave me. Gross! Others had... More

I was excited to to try the shrimp factory but i was so disappointed. I ordered the special which was the blackened red snapper. I was so tuff that I couldn't cut it with a knife. I showed my waitress and her eyes just got big. I ended with the shrimp and grits which has good. My friend loved the... More

I was in town for a week vacation from Minneapolis and got a little confused by the layout of the city so stayed on Bay street for the first few days. After we found the riverwalk we immediately shifted all of our attention to that part of towm. While we were walking through the streets there was a sign outside... More

I'm a professional Chef and I understand everything about the industry the ins and the outs. I understand mistakes but you need to understand this. I ordered the sliders the server told me that they were served medium and asked me if that was ok I told him perfect. The sliders I received were burnt, like inedible burnt and the... More

While on the Old Town Trolly tour we decided to get off at River Street for lunch. We had seen advertisements for the Shrimp Factory and it looked like it would be a really good place for some fresh shrimp. We had a coupon for a free shrimp cocktail with the purchase of two entrees. Our server told us they... More
