We were disappointed with our visit to the Olde Pink House. It was our last night in Savannah and an anniversary and I picked it as a historic restaurant with a decent reputation, but it did not meet our expectations. Because we were planning to go on a Saturday night, I booked well in advance and made a request for... More

Went to this restaurant, as was recommended. It is a beautiful old house/mansion, with multiple dining rooms upstairs, downstairs, a small outdoor eating area upstairs and an amazing candlelit bar in the lowest level, that you can eat too. The bar sometimes has a live piano player and i think you can have meals down there as well. Definitely visit... More

We could not have asked for a better lunch! The cold gazpacho soup was served in a martini glass with a celery stick! Pecan pie oozing with warm chocolate was to die for! We shared the pork sliders with wonderful fries and coleslaw. Excellent. Even the pickles were above average! We also shared the cheese sampler platter – – menu... More

Formal setting - not for a quick or casual meal - more refined for that special meal - all top shelf and 1st class all the way

The ambiance of this old house is fantastic. But the food far surpasses anything I have eaten. I don't eat fish so I went with the filet. It had a tasty sauce over it and was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Others at my table ate flounder, lobster, grouper and salmon and they all said their... More

I ordered the fried lobster as a side and it was certainly worth the experience. We were celebrating a special occasion and noticed four others around us celebrating anniversaries. The table had a fresh clean white table cloth and was candle-lit. Our waitress was very kind and very helpful with my wife's diabetic needs. We shared a Braised Pork Shank... More

Loved this place; the music and basement! Staff is wonderful. The ambiance is everything you would expect in Savannah! My advice: get a reservation and go early to enjoy the basement scene. When we were there there was an awesome pianist and jazz singer who sang "Fever," a tune most appropriate!

We were able to get a seat within 20 minutes, but the only downside was that it was in the basement (cool cellar type setting by candlelight). We shared a few plates that were all really good. Pretty pricey for fried chicken because they were out of the fried flounder. But it was good nonetheless. The BLT salad was outstanding,... More

One of our top 10 restaurants. Food, service, and ambiance were top shelf. The historical atmosphere was great. Be sure to tour the facility before, during or after your meal. A special restaurant for special occasions. You won't be disappointed.

This is the second time we have had the pleasure in visiting Savannah...The Old Pink House was back on our agenda for a return visit...and let me tell...it did not disappoint. I had the Cowboy Bone in Rib Eye, Medium Rare, cooked perfect. So many options for the fish lover, meat lover or the vegetarian...Price point is very reasonable, you... More
