The food was better than average, but not the quality of the excellent restaurants located in the historical district. It is an absolutely beautiful building that retains the flavor from centuries ago in Savannah. Nice bar if you just want to drop in for a...More

We have been to Savannah numerous times over the last 20 years but have never eaten at this restaurant. The food was okay but not for the cost. The service was sub-par as well. As with most of the restaurants on River Street, it had...More

We arrived and were seated immediately, there were only 2 other tables occupied on our side of the restaurant. We waited like 10+ minutes for anyone to approach our table, waiter that did was apologetic for another waitress that was supposed to cover our table....More

The service was friendly and fast and the food was great! We had the seafood--well it was Savannah- and the fried oysters were perfect.

If you don't want to wait ages, there are tables by the bar. Three people give you a lecture on how the service there will be minimal. They even make you pay in full when you order. After that, I was ready to have a...More

Good food with good service and comfortable. If you get any of their many available fish, get it blackened, as the grilled has almost no spices.

Had a late dinner here with my wife and 3 children. My children loved the gator nuggets and we all enjoyed our meals overall. Service and food were pretty good. Can't beat the location right on the river.

I found this to be very poor in comparison to what else is available in Savannah. Although the fried green tomatoes were excellent, the rest was a huge let down. Swordfish was bland and second rate, and just tasted like stagnant bay water that had...More

Not sure I understand the question... get to Savannah or to the restaurant? Barracuda Bob's is an easy walk along the waterfront, or you can actually drive along there and there is some very limited parking.
