Phenomenal waitress who genuinely cares! I (mistakenly) thought the "green bits" were green bell pepper (which I'm allergic to) and the waitress talked with the cook and then explained to me it was cilantro and jalapeno. So, I was good to go and dived into...my Beef Flautas which were DELICIOUS. Then the manager came to our table to make sure things were OK. They were! My husband had the Chimi Rica, a beef chimichanga. Before dinner we sat at the bar and ordered beers from a very nice bartender. Super-high ceilings, which give the place an open, airy feeling.More

We went here for lunch on a whim. The menu had plenty of options and our service was good. I was a bit confused because the beer options changed, depending on when we asked what was on tap... but otherwise happy with our drinks. The...food was as expected for a Mexican place with no real standouts. The fresh salsa was very good, and the green sauce was perfect for the enchiladas. I would have no problems returning to this place for another meal.More

Food was good and cheap. This is not authentic Mexican, just a basic college joint, yet food was good and cheap.

We got here at opening (11 AM) and were the first to be seated. Immediately chips and salsa were brougnt out, drinks were broungh and food came out quickly. Amazing Mexican cuisine! Loved the sizzling chicken, peppers and onions, the burritos and the enchiladas, all...were absolutely great! Highly recommended and reasonable, in particular in light of the quantity of food. Don't miss this one!!!More

This is part of a chain with several restaurants in Atlanta that I have always enjoyed. We ate at the bar for immediate service instead of waiting 20 minutes for a table. Fresh, good Mexican food. We even had the treat of getting to talk...to two women visiting from Australia.More

Server was very disrespectful to our family. When we called the manager over, the server had the audacity to curse my family out in Spanish. A very bad word basically to go “You know what” your mother. Luckily we had Spanish family members with us...who quickly were able to identify this horrible language the server stated. Stay away from this “you know what” place.More

The hostess was slumped over the host stand when i walked in, rolled her eyes at us like she was irritated we even walked in, then told us to give her at least 5 min before she could seat us, in a EMPTY restaurant. Then...continued to sit there and do nothing.... not even looking in the direction of the tables. Terrible experience. I walked out. They dont deserve my business.More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1st visit to La Padilla. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food was even better. Oh—and be careful with the margaritas—you will start feeling it quickly after a couple sips. They don’t skimp on the alcohol at all. If...you are in the Savannah area and are looking for great Mexican food, definitely stop here. You won’t regret it!More

Dont let the fact they are located in a mall fool you. The food is reasonable and the portions are large. We had enough left over from two lunch specials to feed us supper too.

The food was good and service was even better. Our server was really accommodating even with some special request on some of the people in our party's plates. Environment was really laid back. My daughter loved her fish tacos and I enjoyed my burrito. Over...all the whole experience was good.More

I took my son and two of his friends here for his birthday dinner. They all ordered the the street tacos with steak. It’s something they eat every time they go here, but this time they all said there was too much cilantro in them....I had nachos that had a combination of grilled chicken, steak and shrimp on them. They were very good. Complimentary chips and salsa were both fresh. Salsa had a little more heat than most but excellent flavor. Overall it exceeded my expectations for a Mexican restaurant located in a mall.More
