I would never ever eat here again. I wouldn't even give this place a star at all if I could. This is one of the worst experiences of eating out I have ever had. We arrived and got sat down. Our waitress didn't even come...over to get us drinks for at least 20 minutes. Then she finally came and then we didn't order our food forever (in fact she told the kitchen staff cooking to get the food done or they are going to walk. In fact we were about ready to walk out...she knew we were very unhappy) The waitresses were running all over like chickens with their heads cut off not even helping each other out. Then when we did finally get our food such small portions. The cost of the food to what you get is ridiculous. Breakfast is supposed to be the cheapest meal of the day. NOT so here. The table next to us they got their order mixed up and ended up walking out. If you've had a good experience here good for you because it must be rare. We were in this restaurant in the morning for over 2 hours to get breakfast. Never again.More

There is no way there is a 3 rating on this restaurant. Quite sure the owner or manager had employees or family write positive reviews to offset the real reviews. Rating should be a 0 but that is not possible. First off, there were four...of us and two have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. They said this is the worst restaurant (service and food) they have ever experienced. And that spoken by two people who have grace on the hospitality industry. Took the restaurant over 2 hours to get our food to us. Then more than half of what was ordered didn’t come out or was wrong. We had to ask three waitresses for water. Didn’t receive even the water until the food arrived~ again after 2 hours. Numerous people were angry and walking out. Some paying and some not. The food what did come was awful. Literally awful. Shocked us as we thought at least we were waiting at least for good food. VERY expensive. Easy to see that this restaurant’s normal way of operating is dysfunction. The bright spot was that on the second floor there was a phenomenal jazz band. Our suggestion is come listen to them and just get a coffee.More

Bailey was a good server. Food was cold even though it was served in cast iron skillets. At check out was informed they DONT TAKE CREDIT CARDS! And guided to ATM machine next to check out. Who doesn’t take credit cards in 2022! Ridiculous. They...should have been explained when we sat down, not when we checked out!!More

It was about a 45 minute wait on a hot and humid Sunday in Savannah; and despite the curt nature of the front door employee (but to be fair she was overwhelmed and the place was packed) this was a great place for Sunday breakfast/brunch....I chose a berry mimosa and berry crepes and was not disappointed. The waitress was lovely and the service, once seated, was fast. Prices were very reasonable and I would certainly suggest this establishment when looking for breakfast or brunch in Savannah.More

We decided to stop in here as we've had a few people recommend this for breakfast. It smelled good just walking by. It was very humid out when we went in, and unfortunately, they didn't have AC, so we just sat in there sweat to...death. When we got our menus, I was kind of shocked at the price of some of their items. Very pricey.More

My family ventured here for brunch after church. No one greeted us for a few minutes. There was no since of drive to offer us service. After speaking to the table next to us it just wasn’t us I also witnessed another table get up...venture to another table to get eating utensils. I definitely won’t visit this restaurant again!! I can say the waiters and waitress were nice.More

Incredible food. Careful of biscuit, as one is enough for three people! Staff is very well trained and pleasant. Just know, its cash only (ATM inside)

We walked in and were happy to see that the restaurant seemed to be well staffed. We got seated after our table was cleaned off. Placed our order, got our drinks, and waited for our food. It took awhile which is to be expected. However,...my husband didn’t get the gravy he ordered, our drink glasses were empty, and my omelet was raw inside. Our waitress NEVER returned to see if our order was correct or if we needed refills. In fact we never saw her again. I couldn’t eat my omelette , and I couldn’t eat the biscuit without having something to wash it down with. My husband and son’s food was mediocre at best. We finally got up and went to the cashier and told her we wanted to pay. Told the manager to remove my meal and the extra gravy that was never delivered. So after an hour and a half, I left hungry. Would NOT recommend this place at all! Horrible experience!More

The location was perfect and we had just arrived to Savannah. We walked over from the JW Marriott and the place looked charming. They told us it would be a 30 minute wait. We came back after 20 minutes and they were totally rude to...us. We sat down and noticed that most tables did not have food (should have been our 2nd clue to walk away). We ordered water and then after 15 minutes we ordered food and after 50 minutes and asking multiple times we finally got our food. Who needs a biscuit the size of a plate with a few mediocre food items on it. We did not care for the benedicts. We had no idea we needed cash vs a credit card. The bill for two breakfasts were around $50 with no drinks. Luckily we had the cash but how rediculous is that. The server was nice and oplogetic toward the establishment. I assume that they prey on visitors, one and done and have no local following. What a shame!More

Food was amazing. I had the Belgian waffle and my husband had the Texas French toast. Everything is served on cast iron dishes. Very cool environment. Bathroom is a little odd and it’s a cash only restaurant.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The biscuit was good but the eggs were very dry and the advocado was way past it's prime. Not worth the price they asked. The waitress was very nice.

I would not recommend this restaurant. I understand short staffing and busy seasons but after waiting 40 minutes for a table to be ready and be seated, we had to wait another 15 minutes until we spoke up to even ask for a drink of...water. Food took another 45 minutes to come out once it was ordered and was cold and only half of what was ordered actually arrived at the table. There was a terrible overwhelming smoky smell that also burned your eyes. Food was ok and biscuits are huge but not worth it. This location is cash only which was fine and they did mention that up front. We had to ask for a discount since we didn’t even get all of our food after asking twice. They also only brought out 3 of our 4 plates then made the 4th person wait for their food another 10 minutes and it was the same biscuits and gravy everyone else got.More

Overall, would not recommend. Upon being seated, we were overwhelmed by a terrible smell. Apparently the dishwasher had flooded and they were in the process of cleaning this up. It was unfortunate because this is what we smelled during our entire meal. Half of our...tables food order was waiting in the window for over 10 minutes, while the remainder was still being cooked. I got the rambler and I swear the potatoes were reheated from the day before. We had to remind the waitress about our side of grits and side of gravy. Overall, very disappointed in quality and service for the price.More

This is for the RIVERFRONT location across from the JW Marriott NOT the Bayfront location. It is in a PRIME location that must gets tons of traffic and first time visitors. If their experince was anything like mine, they only go once. And tell all...of their friends. First of all, I tried to call to place a to-go order. After 10 minutes of searching I finally called the OTHER location only to be told they River front location DOESN'T HAVE A PHONE!?!?! Wait, what? 8 year old kids have phones but a business on Riverfront Savannah doesn't have a way for people to call the restaurant? I went to the restuarant and walked up to the front desk/register to place a to-go order and stood there for 8 minutes (I timed it) and not one single employee even LOOKED my way. NONE. Finally I asked the 'father' who was ringing up peoples checks if I could place an order. After one of the waitresses took my order I watched as abosulute chaos happened in front of me for 20 minutes while waiting for my food. It is CASH ONLY and they charge high ATM fees. I couldn't tell you all of the things I saw go wrong. But in the 30 minutes I was there I was able to see the father, mother, son and daughter ( cause they all said hi to each other) as they passed through and none of them seemed to think there was anything wrong. It was just a normal day. Oh, and the food was not very good either. Lots of stuff melted together on the plate with a huge dry biscuit. I don't normally EVER take the time to do negative reviews, but this place needs to turn it around. There location has WAY TOO many people coming in assuming it is a respectable food establishment and only finds out when it it too late.More

Was told 1 hr wait, ended up being over 1.5 hours. Lots of confusion on seating arrangements. Breakfast was just....ok. Check was over $50 with tip - for 2. Had recommended to many others, but will be hesitant to recommend. Not worth the wait.....
