I ate at the Bistro Lounge 3 nights in a row while staying at the Hyatt. The food was average. The Chicken Chesapeake was loaded with crab. The Chicken Sandwich was rather dry despite condiments. The tomato soup was very good. Where this place stood out was with their bar staff. They did a great job - attentive, engaging and... More

Nice to have options for lighter or heavier fare. Servers friendly, engaging and prompt. Had crab salad and crab cake sandwich, both very good.

General rule is that restaurants in hotels are not representative of local cuisine and quality is not that great. So we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service we got at Bistro 300. Our server was Ajaya and he had a great calm demeanour. I spilled my beer all over the place. He quickly replaced it and... More

Let me start with, we were guests of this hotel (Hyatt.) We wanted to grab a quick drink and a bite to eat when we got home from the ballgame. Granted, we weren't "dressed" for going out on the town but the nice gentleman who was working in the lobby told us to give this place a try and that... More

Inside the Hyatt, this restaurant is open for extended hours and is a great place to catch a bite if you don't want to leave the hotel to explore dozens of other eateries nearby. I was at the Hyatt for a conference so I came down for breakfast on Saturday. The choices: an ample buffet or the menu. I opted... More

The food is absolutely great! Five stars even! However the staff always seem annoyed at you, come around irregularly, and just generally do not provide food service. Additionally, the food comes slowly, servers come irregularly and don't come right back, and seating (with tables available) takes considerable time.

Had drinks and snacks one afternoon and breakfast the following morning. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was enjoyable and reasonable for a city. It's on the second floor beside the atrium and be sure to look for the fish in the shallow "pond" next to the restaurant.

Recently remodeled dining area is quiet and peaceful and lovely! Breakfast buffet is about $25.00 and worth every penny. You have everything you can imagine, well laid out and very tasty. Condiment selection is far better than seen in other places.

Bistro 300 is a pretty typical hotel-based restaurant, which is to say, it serves decent breakfast fare at a premium for its convenient location to those staying in the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor. Brunch options include an all-you-can-eat buffet with a great omelette station, plenty of pastries, cereals, and other breakfast fare options. The service staff are friendly, if... More
